The Twisted Messes is a gem that knows how to cash!
Under its allure of American rappers, this box is dressed in black rubber and gold for the appearance a little bling bling reminiscent of the black guys from the Bronx. With its weight and its imposing volume, the midinettes will contrast by this very atypical look which attracts the “bads boys”, but we like… Na!
Just its name “Twisted masses”, it already evokes several things, the mixed threads, the big assemblies, but it is also the first box of the “builder of coils” of the same name who realized in collaboration with Dopvo this TM150.
It is an electronic box that loads two 18650 size accumulators in series to reach a power of 150W. Its proprietary chipset also gives us the opportunity to vape in temperature control, on Nickel or Titanium son assemblies, with a range between 100 and 300 ° C (or 200 and 600 ° F) for a starting resistance of 0.5Ω up to 'to 1Ω in temperature control and 3Ω in power (VW).

The frame of our Bad Box is zinc alloy with a black silicone gel coating. This rubberized aspect gives it a particularly soft touch, it is a giant eraser that is held in the hand and is anti-slip. In addition, no need to worry about scratches or fingerprints because it is perfectly well protected with silicone that hangs well in the hand, but beware of cat hair, dog and dust that they will tend to to stick easily.
It is not a perfect parallelepiped since its rounded shapes give a template of 100 x 57 x 28.5mm, but be careful of the compatibility of your atomizers because at the connector level, I measured a width of 25mm.
The bling bling side is at the level of the battery hatch, although it is gold plated, the color is very bright and marks relatively quickly the scratches as soon as it is placed on a rough surface. However, its handling is quick and easy, no need for a screwdriver since it slides very well in its housing. I appreciated the small contactor, which has the effect of blocking the hatch and ensuring perfect contact of the batteries and thus, preventing it from opening unexpectedly. On the inside of the hatch, two small magnets are there to ensure a perfect installation, the [+] and [-] are clearly indicated and 6 degassing holes ensure ventilation.
At the grip, attention guys, it will have to leave the biscotos, because not only it has volume, but in addition, the beast is its weight. Not sure that the girls find their account with a weighing that reveals a good 376gr (284gr without batteries) to vaper with the two batteries, keep the wrist flexible!
The set, screen and buttons, contrasts with the gummed look and rounded edges of the box since it is rectangular and glassy but it fits perfectly. The switch and adjustment knobs are round with a nice diameter and are plated in gold 24 carats, much less brilliant than the hatch, it brings credibility to the value of the product and thus prevents it from doing "kitsch", no, on the contrary, it's very good taste!
On each side of the box we have on one side, the logo with the name of DOVPO golden color and on the other a nice caricature of coil with the name of the TWISTEDMESSES of the same color, in a shade a little dull .
Opposite the screen on the other side we have a rounded edge on which we find the caricature of the coil in relief and two small Allen screws discreetly placed on either side of the logo.
The connector is in stainless steel, spring-loaded, for a classic 510 connection.
On the aesthetic side everything is perfectly balanced and assembled between the different materials, inscriptions and colors. It's good work.

The functionality of the Twisted Messes is quite correct. A diameter of compatibility of atomizers up to 25mm to perfect its style of big hard, with a floating pin, the setup will be flush. The ideal being a black and gold dripper with a beautiful twisted assembly in 0.2Ω (and even less) since its capacity allows to go up to 150W in power. For use, she is really childish:
• 5 clicks on the switch to turn on the box or block the buttons.

• Pressing [+] and [-] allows you to block the value of the resistor.

During use the buttons are absolutely flawless, like the box, no latency, everything is responsive and in place.
The screen is clearly visible thanks to a beautiful light. All information is present on the screen with the power entered in very big.
The trap system for access to the batteries is ingenious and simple, just think about "locker" this hatch to vaper, in order to have a contact. No risk for it to open accidentally.

The mood ticket of the reviewer
The Twisted Messes is above all a look mixed with gold, a black silicone coating and power. It is very much in the style of American black rappers with golden necklaces, but is above all an object of excellent quality, made to send.
No complications in use, no chipset update, no charging cable. Just associate it with a good dripper, make a beefy editing and vape to fog.
It does not heat and good student, provides what you ask him up to 150W but beware, with this power you will not be very long (plan additional batteries).
My biggest regret about this box, remains the choice of resistive wire that is content with Nickel or Titanium in TC mode, do not expect anything more.
A quality / price ratio that is still a little expensive for limited features, but is overtaken by physical qualities of character and good constitution.
