More successful than its predecessor, the Taifun GT II is a very nice atomizer with a large e-liquid capacity and ease of use that will delight more than one.

Apart from its significant weight and only its first grip on the thread, this atomizer is a marvel!
Its Borosilicate glass tank looks like PMMA with its opaque appearance, but it becomes transparent in contact with the liquid.
The Taifun GT II has a more modern look than the first version and fits elegantly with all types of mechanical mods in 23mm in diameter, with a nice geometric cut on the steel of the tank which gives it a lot of class by revealing the glass (therefore the level of e-liquid).
Always equipped with judicious details, there is a kind of anti-slip ring on the top cap and at its base, which makes the grip for screwing and unscrewing, more practical.
The air flow hole with a diameter of 3mm, located under the resistance, is raised 3mm from the plate, which helps to avoid blockages.
A plastic tube is also provided for vapers who would like to further reduce this air intake under the resistance.
Everything has been thought of: solidity, aesthetics and practicality.

A fairly large and uncluttered tray allows easy assembly, very quickly.
The base of the atomization chamber is in the form of a ring which fits onto the plate and, on its upper part, has two notches through which the liquid will pass.
By screwing its top cap on this ring, you can adjust the flow of the liquid according to the depth of the screwing.
For the filling of the e-liquid, I could simply fill my tank by pouring directly from the neck of my bottle (how easy!)
As for the air-flow adjustment, it's child's play: a movable ring at the base allows you to choose the appropriate flow.

Reviewer's comments on conditioning

I also regret that no spare screws are delivered with this atomizer. So be careful not to lose one, on the other hand a plastic tube (to reduce the air flow) is supplied with the additional seals.

Reviewer's comments on the use of the product
An easily achievable work for the execution of the resistance because the plate is quite wide.
The wick can be placed on the tray in the shape of a “nest”, or like the Kayfun in “zigzag” or quite simply by placing it on the notches of the ring before screwing the cap back and re-cutting the wick. Everything goes to this atomizer!
The flow of the liquid is manageable thanks to the more or less important screwing of the top cap of the atomization chamber. ATaution: during my first assembly I fitted the ring fully onto the base and completely screwed its cap. During my first Switch I had an unpleasant taste due to a short circuit located at the positive screw. The thickness of my kanthal raised the head of the screw which hit the cape. So watch out for that.
In terms of air flow, there are two ramps of five holes on each side of the base of the atomizer, allowing a large number of users to be satisfied. However, for fans of large vents, it is still a bit tight, but insofar as a resistance value that is too low is not recommended on this atomizer, the opening remains quite honorable.
The filling is amazingly easy and the pin of this atomizer is adjustable with a screwdriver.

The mood ticket of the reviewer
Here we are in the presence of a rare pearl, an almost perfect compression atomizer.
Not a single leak or small blockage, an à la carte air flow adjustment, an adjustable liquid flow, a childish filling with a beautiful capacity, a pleasant look, solid materials and a beautifully done machining of parts. With this, we obtain a good restitution of flavors with a very correct vapor without forgetting an adjustable pin.
While the price is a bit high, but it is also certainly the price of a safe bet.
For the negative point, I recommend that you do not reduce the compression chamber to a minimum because of the risk of a risk of short circuit, which is not systematic, but which could occur if your screw head (on the positive stud ) is too high. Just like version 1.
A detail also on the seal located on the top cap, it tends to slide easily, so be careful when repositioning it, not to put it towards the top of the cap but rather on the end. Otherwise your pyrex may have play and the seal will be visible once the atomizer is mounted.
There is a possibility of reducing the size of this atomizer thanks to an additional kit (including a tank and a shorter top cap) sold separately.
A dripper kit also exists and makes it possible to transform this atomizer into a dripper.
In addition, all parts and threads of version 1 of the Taifun GT are adaptable to version 2.
