Yihi SX is the Chinese high end manufacturer par excellence. Not only does it produce some of the best chipsets, but it also gives them the ultimate choice with its mod Sx Mini brand.
The newcomer is a dual 18650 battery, equipped with the new YiHi SX580J, a chipset capable of providing 200W.
With T-class for the name, we stay in the Mercedes spirit. It remains to be seen the style and the novelties offered by this high-end box which appears at the price of 189 €. Until then, I have never been disappointed with a product from this brand, so off for a fun ride.

The T class imposes a massive silhouette with its double battery but yet it gives off a certain elegance, even class.
For the lines, if we look for our Germanic car manufacturer, we are on a G class. Clear lines, clear angles, a strong character. To make another analogy, I would go through Japanese manga culture and say it has a Gundam style.
On the white front, there is a beautiful screen nestled in a square frame. We also notice at first glance, this metal sun which encircles the control joystick. The USB port brings up the rear.
The sides are made of three elements alternating black and white. On the left flank, a few mm from the top-cap, a small rectangle made of chromed metal serves as a switch. It is perfectly adjusted but I find it a small hair compared to the size of the box.
On the back, we guess the backlight of the logo of the brand.
The top-cap accommodates a 510 port of an impressive size.
The plate is surrounded by a toothed wheel which is the second “hand spinner”, the first being the “sun” of the front face.
Under the box, there is of course the battery hatch. A square sliding button is used to open it. The compartment is nickel.
One of the details that flatters the ego is constituted by the small screws placed at the four corners of the front and back sides which remind us that the box includes 78 parts. The perceived quality is excellent. The box is massive, but undeniably pretty and, frankly, it imposes.
The only fault I find in it comes from the “sun hand spinner”. It is poorly adjusted, so if you shake your box a bit you will be playing maracas. It's a shame, it's the detail that kills and tarnishes the rest of the work which is just impeccable.

Yihi is one of the masters of electronics and the new YiHi SX580J which equips the T-class confirms this leading position in the world of electronic mods. This chipset can do almost anything. Variable power with a max of 200W and a max voltage of 8V. It works with coils whose value should be between 0,1 and 3Ω.
There is also the joule or temperature control mode and a TCR mode. They are compatible with Ni200, SS316, titanium ... The resistance must have a value between 0.05 and 3Ω.
You can perform all the settings using the external software either on your PC using the USB connection or through the Bluetooth connection of your smartphone.
The screen is of very good quality, the definition is top notch. The display is clear and you can customize it as you wish.
To brighten your parties, you can count on the SX-Mini logo on the back of the box. It displays either a fixed color or the rainbow. Thank God, we can also cut it ;-).
The box is perfectly secure, it embeds all the necessary protection systems.
The box is also a clock and tells you the time, several visuals are available for this function.
A high-tech product that combines the best of Yihi.

Reviewer's comments on conditioning
A sober, classy, very chic presentation. A small white glossy paper bag in the colors of the SX mini. Inside, two boxes, a very simple small white box contains a silicone skin.
The largest, also white, is protected by a frosted-effect plastic sleeve. Here too, simplicity dominates and the inscriptions are reduced to the essentials, the brand and the contents of the box.
Inside our box, the box is well wedged in the foam, it is accompanied by a manual translated into several languages including French and a beautifully made USB cable.
SX mini asserts its positioning in the High End sector, by adopting the codes of luxury brands. The package evokes me either jewelry, or the world of perfumes and more particularly Chanel who likes this kind of very refined codes.

The T class doesn't shine with its compactness, which means you will need large pockets or a small bag. In terms of ergonomics, it's not bad, the hexagonal shape of the box makes it quite comfortable in hand. The switch falls well under the finger although I repeat it, I find it small compared to the size of the box.
In use, regulars of the brand will quickly find their marks. The controls will be relatively intuitive for those who already know the modes and the various possible settings. For others, there will be some adaptation time but the menus are self-explanatory thanks to the good size screen. In addition, the box will speak to you in French, once you have configured it for. All settings are made using the switch and the small joystick which is rather practical.
There is a very simple way to control it, the SXI (Android or Apple) application allows you to really easily configure the box through the Bluetooth connection.
The most demanding can, as always with these chipsets Yihi, set custom profiles puffs.
The vape is at the top. As always with this manufacturer, the electronics work wonders. We can also emphasize the good management of the batteries, the autonomy is therefore very correct.
The change of the batteries is very simple, it takes no particular difficulty, the hatch battery housing is very convenient and works perfectly.
Sx Mini offers you the skin and even if it hides the beauty's design somewhat, we are still happy to have it to protect the precious one during our escapades.
A really nice box, once the controls are well mastered, know that if you do not find them easy enough, bluetooth will come to your rescue.

The mood ticket of the reviewer
SX mini offers us, once again, a seductive and effective product.
The T-Class displays generous measurements, it adopts a massive style that I would describe as “Gundam” (Japanese manga whose story revolves around giant robots piloted by humans).
The finishes are as always at the top, well almost. On the face, the “sun spinner” which surrounds the joystick is not perfectly wedged, which causes a noise like maracas if you shake the box. It's not a drama but it's a bit of a shame to hear it mar the excellent qualitative feeling.
The chipset is as always at the top, it confirms that Yihi is one of the best. The settings are not super-simple but they are quite intuitive once the navigation logic is integrated. To make things easier for you, do not hesitate to use the SXi application on your smartphone because it simplifies things as much as possible.
I won't talk about the strange idea of having equipped the box with a hand spiner below the ato ... Personally, I see no interest apart from the rather positive aesthetic impact.
A good and beautiful product, intended for demanding vapers who will be delighted with the adjustment possibilities offered by the electronics and the possibility of configuring their puff from A to Z. But, of course, to take advantage of all this you will have to agree to spend 189 €, a little madness.
