The Supra 180 is the new racing beast from J WELL. Still designed in France but built in China for obvious cost reasons, J WELL thus fills the missing link in its catalog, a powerful box.
The Supra 180 is a box equipped with a chipset home 180W temperature control on the most common son (Ni200, Ti and ss316) with a sleek look. The little extra, it is available in two colors.

At first contact the Supra impresses. Nice size, hinged battery hatch, a large OLED screen, only the small fin above the top cap will surprise more than one.
One thing that is safe, with this design, we like it or we do not like it.
Where it gets a little complicated, it's under the battery trap. The spring-mounted upper contactors do not suffer from any problem, which is not the case with the lower contact plate. Indeed, the latter is simply glued to the frame and it only took three battery insertions for it to come off.
Given the claims announced because of its tariff position, this kind of problem should not happen.
I dare to hope that it was only an accident isolated from the product that I test (hope however minimal).

The Supra is a model of simplicity, five clicks to turn off / on the box, 3 clicks to switch from variable power mode to temperature control mode and continuous click on the +/- buttons to lock the shoot button.
If the lock function is useful to prevent unwanted shoots, it only locks the shoot button but the power setting is still available ....
I would have preferred to be able to block the power by leaving the shoot free to operate, even if it means having to turn off the box during transport.

The package is perfect, a beautiful cardboard box covered with black fabric containing the box and its accessories. A USB cable for charging, a manual explaining absolutely all the functions and in French, please.

Box very easy to use, you assemble your favorite atomizer, three clicks to choose its mode (wv-> ct ni200 -> Ti -> ss316 -> wv) and your set up is ready to operate.
Note however, in temperature control mode, you will only adjust the cut-off temperature, the on-board electronics taking care of itself adjusting the adequate power for the atomizer, according to its resistance.

The mood ticket of the reviewer
For many, the name Supra is reminiscent of a famous Japanese star of the Fast and Furious series equipped with a power monster that is the 2JZ.
To give such a name to a box is therefore risky, as the expectations will be great.
Well do not worry, this Supra there, is aptly named.
The Supra180 is sleek, powerful and gives you flawless control thanks to very good electronics. Although still perfectible in the details, the available power is there.
Its temperature control is well managed and gives excellent results in vape TC. Its variable power mode will propel your wildest montages without complaining to the task.
Despite my little glue problem on a contactor that eventually come off, the Supra180 is a very good box that will find its audience without any worries.
Well, I'll leave you, I have a 400m to drop below 4sec!
