Comments on the packaging
In the wake of an “Orange Mandarin” succeeded to perfection in this Devil Squiz range from Avap, I am embarking on the second element: a “Strawberry Rhubarb” which seems to me very auspicious. I hope to find there the “wow” effect that the first one gave me. Even, with a little luck, a “wow wow” effect which will have the advantage of annoying my cat, the old beast having a horror of canines of all kinds.
We are therefore faced with a very clean 50ml bottle on it and which does not contain nicotine. Note, however, that this liquid, like the entire range from which it is derived, is available in 10ml and in 0, 3, 6, 11 and 16mg / ml of nicotine. So this will satisfy everyone, and that's fine.
We are on a 50/50 ratio of PG / VG, a great classic that I particularly like because it offers us the best of both worlds: taste and vapor.
A small regret however: the frankly red color of the liquid which implies the use of a dye. In the absence of data on the bottle, I will therefore assume that it is Ponceau 4R, otherwise known as E124, which is not really on the top health issue. But let's give the benefit of the doubt to this beautiful brand that treats us with its productions, hoping that it is a more friendly dye.

Avap knows its subject well and provides us with an inventory at Prévert of all legal warnings in force as well as all the necessary information. All? No, only one still resists the invader (me): the missing mention of the dye. It would have been simple and useful to establish its presence without distorting the security issue.
Of course, we do not have a pictogram for the visually impaired either, but we are within the law since, as you know, it is useless on e-liquids without nicotine. In short, a good job that only needs a few things to be perfect.

We are dealing with very honest invoice packaging. It's simple but tasteful. I particularly appreciate the clarity of the well-highlighted information as well as the bias to choose red, green and white shades to illustrate the surname of the liquid. The colors of the flag of my native country: the Basque Country! 😉

Comments on the taste of the juice
Despite my proverbial bad faith, I have no complaints about this potion. The long-awaited “wow” effect is there and the result is a remarkably smooth recipe that is a delight to vape.
The strawberry is tender, finally quite close to the fruit in one of its less tart varieties. No feeling of American bubble gum here, we are rather in a realism of good quality. Rhubarb is herbal, as you would expect, but devoid of acidity. It brings a welcome bitterness that contrasts with the delicately sweet sweetness of the strawberry.
The blend is successful, the balance is excellent and the taste, resulting from the best of each of the aromas, is full and changeable. Here again, the work has paid off even if, on a very personal basis, I may regret a certain lack of acidity which could have communicated to our star of the day a little extra naughty aspect. But let's not be mean: Strawberry Rhubarb is a total success that will delight gourmets. A very discreet veil of freshness even ends the tasting.

Comments and recommendations for an optimal tasting
It is therefore a gourmet e-liquid that must be vaporized carefully to give its best. A good flavor-typed ATL or restricted DL will do the job perfectly if you don't rush the temperature and if you don't open the airflow valves fully.
The aromatic power is correct and the fluidity of the liquid makes it perfect for all uses. He will be as comfortable in Zenith or Nautilus 2S as in a Taïfun GTR.

My mood ticket on this juice
Another excellent juice in this range which has really benefited from all the care of its designers. We feel here a constant implication to achieve an impeccable taste result. I'm not a big fan of strawberries in e-liquid for me but here, I recognize that the recipe far exceeds anything I have been able to test before.
Such a liquid would definitely deserve a Top Juice. However, and don't be angry with me, I remain convinced that color is not a necessary step to seduce people. At worst, we can always color the bottle if it is an imposed figure of marketing. To have a vape freed from its own constraints, the consumer must be accustomed to sobriety on this theme. Otherwise, we will continue to have food coloring everywhere, from simple merguez to candy for children, with all the potential health problems that this entails.
