Dovpo was considered in the West as a secondary brand but, lately, the small manufacturer offers us high-performance, original and rather inexpensive products. And my faith, it gave him a lot of visibility.
The Punisher is there to fuel this rise in power. Dovpo presents it as the most compact 21700 compatible box on the market. Its chipset house offers a wide choice of possibilities.
Capable of reaching 90W, it seems to have a lot of assets to get a good place in this category.
At 69 €, we are on a mid-range that is close to the upper range.

Reviewer's comments on physical characteristics and perceived quality
The Punisher 90 is compact, I don't know if it is the most compact of the boxes that accept the 21700 but it is well placed in this area. In addition to being of a reasonable size, the zinc alloy allows it to be rather light.
In terms of design, it's sober, we are on a modern style of great neutrality. The block is dressed in soft and discreet lines, strangely this design reminds me of the world of modern firearms.
The coating is soft and really pleasant to the touch and, in addition, it is non-slip. At first glance, the work seems to me of good quality but I must warn you all the same that this type of paint is often fragile.
We find, on one of the slices, the screen / commands “package”. The switch is a metal trapeze, it is placed near the top-cap. It is perfectly adjusted and is pleasant to use.
Just below, there is a screen of sufficient size to be perfectly readable.
To finish this face, we note on the lower part two small trapezoids in place of the +/- buttons but a small square punctuates this first part, this end point is none other than the menu button. They are all three metal, well adjusted too and “clicky” as it should be.
On the top-cap, there is a stainless steel plate that receives the port 510, it can easily accommodate an atomizer 25 mm.
The two sides are identical, a wave runs the length, there are three small gills. A small relief indicates the limit with the back cover. Only one thing differentiates them, on one side we find, marked in white, the name of the box and on the other the micro-USB port.
The rear cover is not bulging, it's a half hexagon if I can put it that way. It is held in place by two magnets and holds perfectly. The compartment that it reveals is very clean, we find there during the first unpacking the adapter for the 18650 battery.
A realization that seems neat, the box is nice and the whole seems consistent with the price.

Our Punisher 90 has a homemade chipset capable of operating in Bypass, Variable Power, Temperature Control and TCR mode. In short, all the paraphernalia of the electronic box in the coup.
The Bypass and VW modes will work with resistors whose value will be between 0.08 and 3.5Ω.
For temperature control modes, this same value will be between 0.03 and 3Ω. For compatible cables, you have the right to the usual trio SS, Ni, Ti.
No preheat function or calibration of its puff, the box is simple. However, we can note the presence of a puff counter and also a chronopuff (I find this name nicer).
The Punisher is powered by a simple battery which will be, according to your desires and needs, a 21700, a 20700 or an 18650 which is used with the help of the supplied adapter.
A small electronic box complete but affordable by its relative simplicity.

Reviewer's comments on conditioning
On the sheath which surrounds the box, there is a representation of the box like a plasticized sticker. It is “placed” on a background full of shades of blue on which we can distinguish curved lines in a gradient of blue. The name of the box, written in white, stands out well from the whole. Then, in a very stretched white rectangle, we find the list of compatible batteries. The Dovpo brand is found in one of the upper corners and stands out with its silver treatment.
The box is a uniform blue, the lid is lifted using a small fabric tab. Inside, there is our box in which hides the 18650 adapter, a USB cable and an English manual.
The presentation is correct for the price, but we can not say that it is really original.

A perfect box to take for a walk. Indeed, it is quite compact and its weight remains very reasonable. With an 18650 battery, the autonomy is correct and the electronics are well managed. Of course, using a 21700 will increase range and CDM.
As for the orders, they are very simple:
5 clicks to wake up our Punisher, the +/- buttons are used to modify the power value or that of the temperature but also to travel in the menu which can be reached very simply by pressing the button closest to the base. The latter will also be used to validate your choices.
The most “complex” manipulation is perhaps the one that allows the controls to be locked, you must simultaneously press the “menu” and - button.
Changing the battery is also easy, the back cover can be removed easily and access is very comfortable.
In terms of vape, the chipset does a good job, the vape is quite frank, we are not on a DNA or a Yihi but frankly, for the price, we have the right to an electronics that runs very well.

Dovpo is obviously on a good start, this brand is currently proposing achievements that are winning commercial success. If the MVV 280 shone by its originality, the Punisher, it is in the discreet, even the stealth. Its contained size, its black color and its discreet lines, give it a sober and pleasant physique.
Electronics are not left out, they are efficient, powerful and above all very easy to use. Even if the instructions are not translated, it is easy to find their way around when you have a first experience on this type of material.
So I am not going to tell you that she is to die for and that is not what seduced me. What allows it to reach the TOP mod is its good quality / price / vape ratio and its practical aspects for everyday life.
A really nice box that we should find in a lot of hands.
