Comments on the packaging

Vap Air specializes in the import of Malaysian e-liquids. They offer several different brands including the KXS Liquid brand.

The liquid I am testing today comes in a 50ml or 100ml squeeze plastic bottle. Of course, we are on a liquid without nicotine but there is room in the bottle to pour a nicotine booster.

24,90 € is the average price of this type of liquid even if we add the 2 € for the booster, we remain on a rather low price basis.

For this first KXS, we will go on a gourmet. A creamy recipe around peanut butter and chocolate and, when you know the Malaysians, you know that it could be rather rich.

I prepare my most vaporous dripper and let's go.

Comments on the security, legal, health and religious aspects

Vap Air takes care of upgrading the juices that matter. At the same time, since this is juice without nicotine, there is no real obligation. We can find the composition, some warnings, the contact details of the consumer service and a DLUO but, on the other hand, no batch number. We do not find the symbol in relief for the visually impaired either, in itself it does not matter since there is no nicotine but in the event that the vaper uses a nicotine booster, it would have finally been interesting to put it.

Overall, this juice remains correct in this regard, especially given its origin, but we are far from the seriousness of French liquids.

Appreciation of the packaging

  • Does the graphic design of the label and the product name agree ?: Yes
  • Global correspondence of the packaging with the product name: Yes
  • The packaging effort made is in accordance with the price category: Yes

Comments on the packaging

The presentation is quite correct in view of the price positioning. My 50 ml bottle presents in central visual ice cream, marbled with chocolate and sprinkled with peanut chips. The image of this dessert is placed on a peanut butter-colored background, the name of the juice is inscribed in a round and golden drop cap. The coordinates of Vap Air are displayed at the bottom of this “facade” in a gold-colored cartridge.

On the side, there is a cartridge in which the composition and the warnings are present.

So, I don't find the product very “sexy”, the presentation is a bit simple, it could be the realization of an uninspired student who does a barely average job. So this assessment is very subjective and besides the score remains at the max because I remain indulgent in view of the price.

Sensory appreciations

  • Color and product name agree ?: Yes
  • Do the smell and the name of the product agree ?: Yes
  • Definition of smell: Sweet, Oily, Pastry
  • Definition of taste: Sweet, Pastry, Chocolate
  • The taste and the name of the product, do they agree ?: Yes
  • Did I like this juice ?: No
  • This liquid reminds me: no specific example but it is in the spirit of juices from this corner of the globe (I know there is no corner on a globe, no need to give me a short semantics ).

Comments on the taste of the juice

The KXS brand is obviously a creamer specialist, so it's not surprising to find an image of ice cream. The flavor of our “ice cream” is of the very greedy type, theoretically a little “heavy”. Indeed, a mixture of peanut butter and chocolate, it seems rather rich.

The liquid is greedy, no discussion possible but in the end not that heavy. I was a little scared because I'm not an absolute fan of peanut butter and it can quickly get very overwhelming in a recipe. But this juice is above all an ice cream, which “coats” the flavors and suddenly makes them sweeter.

We therefore have an ice cream with peanut and chocolate accents rather “light”, on the other hand we have a good dose of sugar, which is reminiscent of an ice cream bar called snickers, less caramel.

It's not bad but in the end it lacks a bit of character, it's very sweet but the flavors are not very original. A relatively basic, very Malaysian foodie.

Comments and recommendations for an optimal tasting

This juice is made for an aerial vape at high power. Perfect for fans of TFV type clearomizers or large multi-coil drippers, I tried it on a wiser vape but without much success.

My mood ticket on this juice

To begin with, I want to make it clear from the outset that I am not a fan of Malaysian juice. I often find them sweet and delicious, but with too “fuzzy” flavors. They're great for power vaping but they catch on when subjected to a precise, flavor-focused atomizer. Also, the many legends that circulate and which relate unconventional manufacturing conditions are not there to reassure us either.

Peanut Butter Chocolate fits perfectly into this scheme, we have a sweet, creamy and gourmet juice that expresses itself well in high powers but as soon as we dissect the flavors well, we are faced with tastes that are certainly present, but poorly. defined. The peanut and chocolate drowns a bit in that soft, creamy sensation that dominates.

The presentation seems basic to me and suddenly it reinforces the bad image that this juice inspires in me. Indeed, to be very precise, this juice reminds me of an anonymous type ice cream bar that can be found in discount supermarkets, both in terms of flavors and in terms of presentation.

So no, this juice did not convince me, I generally appreciate the fruity flavors more from our friends in Malaysia. We must admit that on these flavors, in France, we have Ophélia from Fuu or the Pixel from BordO2 which are for me finer and more delicious. So if you are an absolute fan of big clouds and you like juices from this country, go ahead, I think it will suit you but if like me you are more on the side of finesse, go your way.

Good vape,

Vince.
