Solana's “Pur Fruit” range has been delighting nature lovers for quite some time. Offering a total of eleven references, it travels around the plant world with a bias towards realism by offering us the best of fruits. We are therefore witnessing the arrival of three new flavors that should easily find their audience.
Today, it's Orange's turn to go to the torture of evaluation. Everything is provided for this: iron maiden, wheel, gene and even a brand new juicer! 🍊
The liquid comes to us in its non-nicotine 50 ml delivery in a bottle that can accommodate a maximum of 60 ml. All calculations done, we therefore have room to add 10 ml of booster or neutral base in order to obtain a mixture between 0 and 3 mg/ml of nicotine.
The recipe is assembled on a 50/50 PG/VG base, perfect to serve the purpose in its balance between flavors and volume of vapor.
The price will probably be around 15.00 €, which makes it a very advantageous price for the category. Even if this is not yet the case, it is a safe bet that a 10 ml version will soon see the light of day if this reference follows the logic of the range. This container, available at 5.00 € will present rates of 0, 3, 6 and 12 mg / ml of nicotine, enough to concern the many vapers who are still in decline of nicotine or even those who vape at median rates.
The bottle is made of flexible plastic, it's a chubby gorilla, a real one (which works without leaking) and just has a slight defect that isn't one. Let me explain. It does not include the mention 0 indicating neutrality in nicotine. Nothing serious or abnormal or illegal since the product does not contain any. But, for information purposes, it seems important to us to indicate it on the label, if only for beginners in the vape, tempted by the advantageous price of a large format.

It's pro… and it remains so in the security part. Everything is in good working order, from the first opening ring to the pictograms. It's square as we like it and as the legislator monitors it, uh... with its usual benevolence in relation to the vape. 🙄

Comments on the packaging
The label remains typical of the design of the Pur Fruit range, a simple aesthetic, more informative than sexy. The only difference lies in the color code that dresses the background, here in orange, which is suitable since the liquid offers it, as well as a slight modification of the graphic pattern used to differentiate the juice. Nothing transcendent but it remains correct, failing to intrigue or seduce.
Only one downside that will sound like a cry from the heart: gentlemen manufacturers, I love you very much but stop printing in white on a light background. The lungs of your customers thank you every day, it would be good to think of their eyes too!

Comments on the taste of the juice
After these dispensable visual considerations, let's get to the heart of the matter: taste. And that's good, there's plenty to say about it.
People tend to think that just because a liquid advertises a simple flavor, it's bound to be simple to make. Mistake, it is often the opposite that occurs. Often, complex aromatic blends are used in order to emulate in the best possible way something that everyone knows and will therefore recognize, or not.
Here, it is the case and the promised orange explodes in the mouth from the first puff. Orange ? Personally, I recognize three of them and I suppose there are many more than that.
The first note seems given by a Navel, rather soft and sweet. We can also spot a blood orange, typical in its almost raspberry-like acidity tinged with a slight bitterness. Finally, it is decidedly a clementine that presents itself, bringing the smoothness necessary to counterbalance the most aggressive elements.
Everything is what we vape. A full orange, at the same time filled with pep, sweetness, a tart and bitter aspect and sugar. A slight veil of freshness punctuates the tasting, almost imperceptible. To be honest, almost nature.
The recipe is perfect and can reconcile the ultimate refractories with citrus fruits in the vape. A meticulous, patient assembly for a result that vapes between natural and gluttony.

Comments and recommendations for an optimal tasting
It is often recommended to use glass atomizers to prevent the acidity of citrus fruits from damaging the tank. Obviously, I did the opposite. Three days of vaping in a plastic tank and nothing... no cracks, cracks or decrepitude of said tank which is going very well, I assure you.
Also tested on the excellent Aspire Huracan and on the MTL dripper, the Orange is at ease everywhere and will hold its place whatever your equipment or your favorite draft. The aromatic power is satisfactory, the viscosity is balanced: competition pods or atomizers are welcome.
To vape with a good white rum or on an Earl Gray but especially solo, all day long!
