Asmodus, the American moddeur who knows a great success with his box Minikin, returns with a clearomiser.
Our American friends have their products produced in… we don't know! I understand that it was in China and the price of € 26,90 goes in this direction but I have not found anything explicit in the matter on the product which arrives in my hands.
The Ohmie is a sub-ohm clearomizer of a compact size, with a 4 ml tank and offered with two coils that leave no doubt that we left to make a lot of steam and that we will have to push the power beyond 50W.
So, let's see what Asmodus offers to its customers who want to indulge in indirect vaping without going through the reconstructable box.

Reviewer's comments on physical characteristics and perceived quality
Our Ohmie adopts a rather simple design and quite "light". The top-cap is rather thin, this is due to the fact that the drip-tip black delrin and tank cover are one. This tells us that it will probably be difficult to put another drip tip. It adopts a flared internal shape and the final diameter is quite substantial.
The base is a little more imposing since it houses the airflow system. We find moreover, laser engraved on the airholes adjustment ring, the name of the brand.
The good-sized resistance forms, with the chimney, the “backbone” of the atomizer, a very classic configuration.
The materials are correct in view of the tariff positioning and we can say that the overall quality is also in phase with this parameter.
No good or bad surprise, a relatively simple product, visually tasteless, but which does not really have a strong identity.

A sub-ohm clearomizer in its simplest form which offers us a pyrex tank of good capacity that can, of course, be filled from above.
In the pack, there are two resistors of beautiful diameters. A double coil in 0.50Ω made to vape on powers ranging from 40 to 60W. And a sextuple coil, made to vape from 70 to 90W. The brand tells us that these coils are designed to combine steam and flavors.
Finally, there are two beautiful slits on the base, the opening of which can be adjusted using a ring.
There is not much to say more, we have a rather compact clearomizer with coils that seem really made for a very vaporous break.

The Delrin drip-tip is associated with the top of the top-cap. Its diameter of 16 mm is adapted to the vape offered by this clearomizer. The interior is hollowed out in a slightly flared fashion, which aims to avoid producing too much condensation.
The only flaw: it cannot be replaced by your favorite mouthpiece as it is.

Reviewer's comments on conditioning
Our Ohmie comes to us in a fairly conventional cardboard box. The cover is equipped with a window which reveals our clearo, this replaces the traditional photo of the product. The ato name and brand are inscribed on it.
Inside, we find our atomizer equipped with the 0.5Ω resistance. Beside, we have a spare tank inside which is the second resistor in 0.2Ω. Spare seals are provided as well as an explicit but untranslated manual.
It's hard to ask for better than that given the floor price.

Reviewer's comments on the use of the product
Our Ohmie is practical and easy to use. Compact, with a capacity of 4 ml, this clearomizer is perfect for nomadic use.
The resistance is screwed logically on the base and, whatever your choice in the matter, you will have to proceed to a conscientious priming. At 3.90 € the unit, it is better not to neglect the thing.
We reinstall the tank and the chimney then we proceed to the filling from the top thanks to two beautiful openings. We screw the “drip-top-cap” back on, it's very simple and accessible to all.
You just have to adjust the airflow with the help of the airflow ring.
You should still be able to provide 40W at least to run the 0.5Ω and almost double for the 0.2Ω.
The coils are compatible with all juice ratios, they have large triangular openings which ensure a good supply of liquid. We are told that the flavors will be there and it is indeed the case, we are almost on the same precision as an RDTA type atomizer.
I also point out that I have not encountered the slightest leak despite the air intake from below.
In short, an efficient and simple clearo, aimed at confirmed vapers who want to make beautiful clouds without crossing the course of the rebuildable.

The mood ticket of the reviewer
The Ohmie is a clearomiser which is a kind of cross between a TF from Smok, and an Eleaf Melo. Indeed, we have proprietary multi-coil coils a bit in the spirit of those that equip the TF, but much more compact. And I would say that it is similar to the Melo, by its simplicity and its airflow.
The main strength of this clearomiser is undeniably its good value for money. It doesn't add anything really new or revolutionary, but its simple design allows it to be efficient and practical.
The coils are suitable for all liquids and they are up to the task in terms of restoring flavor, as long as they are given the required power. The price of 3.90 € hurts a bit, but it's not crazy for rather complex multi-coil coils.
No leaks, controlled condensation, our clearomizer really has no flaws. It allows those who do not want to take the head to make reconstructable to indulge in a direct cloudy vape without any other form of complications.
Even if it is clearly not the Indispensable or the Inescapable of the moment, we have here a powerful clearomizer at a very low price and, my faith, it is already very good!
