Comments on the packaging

La Bulle… Does that mean nothing to you? Maybe Pépin's last name… No, La Bulle is a very young e-liquid manufacturer since its activity started in 2019. Established in the Somme, it distributes its products via its website (see the link at -above). The bubble offers us 10 liquids divided into two ranges. The first is delicious, the second is fruity. Océlo belongs to this second range.

La Bulle liquids are exclusively delivered in a 50 ml non-nicotine bottle. You can add one or two nicotine boosters to your taste.

Océlo is mounted on a PG / VG ratio of 50/50. Its price is reasonable since it is exchanged against € 17.90. It is an entry level liquid.

Comments on the security, legal, health and religious aspects

I note the presence of all legal requirements and even more. Océlo is delivered in a 50ml bottle, so certain obligations are not… obligatory! Our friends from the Somme have nevertheless forced themselves to apply the triangle in relief on the cap for visually impaired consumers. They took care to apply the pictogram warning of the ban on minors. The zero level of nicotine is specified as well as the PG / VG ratio.

I'm happy to be able to read the label without having to take out the magnifying glasses! I read the ingredients of the recipe very clearly in several languages as well as the contact details of the manufacturer. On the other hand, the batch number as well as the DLUO are in the same insert and are not identified as such. I guess it's them. Too bad. It would be nice to be sure.

Appreciation of the packaging

  • Do the graphic design of the label and the name of the product agree? Yes
  • Global correspondence of the packaging with the product name: Yes
  • The packaging effort made is in accordance with the price category: Yes

Vapelier's note regarding packaging with regard to juice category: 5 / 5 5 5 out of stars

Comments on the packaging

Océlo is packaged in a 50 ml flexible plastic bottle. The black cap has hooks to facilitate opening of the bottle. La Bulle's Fruity Range uses the same visual codes for all liquids: the brand's logo, a colored skull, and the name of the product below.

On the back of the bottle, useful information for the consumer occupies a good place. Everything is readable, and well organized. This tag is pleasing to the eyes because it is colorful and funny with this pirate skull. However, it does not provide any indication as to the flavors.

Vapelier's note on the sensory experience: 4.38/5 4.4 5 out of stars

Comments on the taste of the juice

Océlo is advertised as a liquid combining Mediterranean lemon with grape. I must say that at the olfactory level, the lemon is clearly felt. We smell like a sweet, ripe lemon. There is another smell, but it does not remind me of grapes. The overall smell is peculiar, quite green and pungent. I'm testing Océlo on Alliance Tech's Flave 22 mounted with a Kanthal coil and Holyfiber cotton. I set the mod to 35W and the opening of the airflow to the maximum.

On inspiration, I am surprised at the sweetness of this lemon. It is very slightly acidic, ripe and sweet. It reminds me of the Menton lemon. The aromatic power of this fruit is average however because it is quickly overtaken by the grapes. The two flavors blend together to give something special. In the middle of the vape, I can't distinguish either the lemon or the grape. It's a new flavor. The grapes are green and a bit acrid. It hangs the palate.

There remains in the mouth a mixed, sweet flavor that lacks pep. The vapor is dense and not very odorous. The hit during the passage in the throat is very light.

Tasting recommendations

  • Recommended power for optimal taste: 35 W
  • Type of steam obtained at this power: Normal (type T2)
  • Type of hit obtained at this power: Light
  • Atomizer used for the review: Flave 22 SS Alliance Tech Vapor
  • Value of the resistance of the atomizer in question: 0.33 Ω
  • Materials used with the atomizer: Kanthal, Holyfiber cotton

Comments and recommendations for an optimal tasting

With a PG / VG ratio of 50/50, Océlo will suit all equipment. The overall aromatic power of Océlo made me shut down the airflow of the atomizer a little. It is a liquid which is vaped at medium power so as not to heat the lemon which is more pleasant fresh.

This liquid, please, can be vaped all day because it is slightly sweet and not disgusting. It does not fit my tastes, but it belongs to me.

Recommended Moments

  • Recommended times of the day: Morning, All afternoon during everyone's activities
  • Can this juice be recommended as an Allday Vape: Yes

Overall average (excluding packaging) of the Vapelier for this juice: 4.38 / 5 4.4 5 out of stars

My mood ticket on this juice

The combination of very sweet Mediterranean lemon and grape did not convince me, but the tastes and colors are indisputable. I leave you to judge for the flavor of this Océlo. Nevertheless, La Bulle tries unusual recipes and flavor combinations and that's much better than trying to reproduce the eternal liquid stars.

It remains for Océlo to find its audience. In any case, with an overall rating of 4.38 / 5, it is doing well with the Vapelier.
