Le French Liquide is expanding its exceptional juice range with two liquids this summer. I have already told you about the Red Crazy, and today it's the turn of the second recipe to go to the Vapelier bench. You will find two versions of this Nostromo.
The first, the one provided to us, is the “classic” version. Presented in a 30 ml bottle, in transparent glass, it has a PG / VG ratio of 50/50, and will be offered to you in 0, 3, 6 and 11 mg / ml of nicotine. This version is intended for vapers using classic equipment.
The second, which is aimed at power vaping enthusiasts, is presented in a 120 ml plastic bottle of the “Twist” type, it is available in the same nicotine levels as the previous one. On the other hand, its PG / VG ratio is 20/80, which suggests a beautiful misty evening.

Le French Liquide has often shown us its penchant for the world of cinema.
The Nostromo therefore comes from a masterpiece of science fiction, directed by James Cameron and which has raised to the rank of icon, the charming Sigourney Weaver.
But if you're not a top-flight movie buff, there's very little chance you will identify the movie in question. In this case, you will discover a kind of graphic composition made up of planets, stars, all framed by a rainbow. The name of the liquid appearing in some sort of military-inspired logo.
For those who haven't yet identified the cinematic reference, the Nostromo is the name of the ship commanded by Rilpey in Alien's first name.
Anyway, in both cases, the vapoteur will be rather flattered by the presentation of this liquid which, as I recall, is placed in the entry level.

Comments on the taste of the juice
For this liquid The French describes the Nostromo as follows:
“After a long journey in hypersleep, nothing more delicious than Nostromo: a gourmet and balanced e-liquid with notes of biscuit and vanilla custard, enhanced with a touch of raspberry.”
Certainly, I have a taste of vanilla biscuit, like little butter with a slightly creamy touch. This pastry part serves as a top note, the light and tangy raspberry brings a subtle base note that lingers in the mouth, like a floral note.
This liquid is pleasant, the alternation between the greedy of the cake, and the fruity of the raspberry allows it not to tire our taste buds too quickly.
Gourmand and light at the same time, I will reproach him for his lack of finesse, the flavors are right, but I would have liked more precise.

The Nostromo in its classic version, with its ratio 50 / 50, can be vaped in many ways. Thus on a conventional atomizer type Taifun, we will remain on the powers available around 15 / 20W. With a more aerial atomizer on a more basic resistance, one will pass without altering the flavors, on a wider slice going from 30 to 50W.

My mood ticket on this juice
After a long 8mois journey in hibernation, you wake up with a wolf hunger. The cook, a French called us to make us his best cake. We tell him OK but for dinner.
When it's time to taste the famous cake, French serves us his super desert. A thick cookie, covered with a thin layer of vanilla cream and some raspberries (I know, we're in space on a prospecting mission, but they have raspberries that's how it is).
It's not bad, even good, he defends himself this French. Now I have already eaten better things in our good old land. But inevitably, the ingredients lose finesse after such a long trip, dehydration, freezing preservative, must have got the better of some subtle aspect of these flavors.
But the deal is good, this cook is doing very well given the price we pay him.
Now I leave you, one of the guests is seized with a convulsion. I will not tell you the rest of this horror scene, forever inscribed in the minds of fans of the saga, and which remains one of the anthology moments of SF films.
