These are my notes. Well, in that, there are only 2 that are good !!!! The rest is not part of the design! At first glance, a gourmand comes in, a kind of caramelized “tarte Tatin”, whipped vanilla with a sensation of alcohol like Grand Marnier. I find a raw orange that I associate with this alcohol.
