First of all, the box appears very massive. Polished 6061-T6 aluminum gives it a Terminator side, by the way it will make a perfect mirror to give you a little beauty. Mirror, yes, but watch out for fingerprints. The rear cover slides perfectly and the central magnet holds it in position without any problem. The engravings are crisp and deep. In short, this box is perfectly made, the American genes of the beast transpire from this towering design. The switch of our copy has some hiccups but it seems to be an isolated defect. I love its positioning on the bottom as on my modest ksd n6, in use it is top ergonomic. The assembly is neat. It is really beautiful material.

This box is approached like a mechanical. We put an 18650 battery, we screw the ato on the excellent 510 connection in brass on spring and we shoot !!!! The mosfet allows you to vape on low resistance in complete safety. The conductivity is excellent. Even if I do not see what ato it can be used with, the deep grooves at the 510 connection allow you to consider an atomizer or cartomizer with an air inlet from the bottom. The housing of L'ato is a little deep, so you will have to consider the purchase of an extension for the use of a dripper for example, on the contrary even the Taifun GT is almost completely integrated in the box, only the top cap and drip tip protrude.

This box is easy to live with. Changing the battery is very easy thanks to its sliding cover. It is imposing but transportable. In terms of operation, except for the capricious switch of our copy, the box gives without counting. The fact that the atomizer is recessed compensates for the bulky side of this box.
Finally, polished aluminum will give you work at the maintenance level because if you are not familiar with the design of your fingerprints and palm prints, they will no longer have any secrets for you after a few minutes of use. The soft cloth will take on its full importance at this time.

This is probably what can happen when you proudly display your V modz. This box is really impressive, it is massive, it shines like a Mercedes of the time when we called them the silver arrows and to top it off, it sends heavy on the sub-ohm resistance. So, yes, the bill is a little salty, but let's be clear: you are in front of a box that you are going to keep ad vitam aeternam. Indeed, it seems super solid and the ease of access of the mosfet allows you to calmly consider maintenance interventions on the part that will suffer over time.
Polished aluminum is beautiful, it shines but it takes fingerprints and scratches. But hey, we can't have it all….
Now let's talk about the less positive things. First of all, the conditioning which makes me so angry that I will increase my blood pressure again, it's just deplorable to deliver such a machine in a rag ...
Second point: the housing of the ato is great on the diameter but in my opinion it is a little too deep. An extension exists to overcome this aspect but it is a paying option. I think it would have been more judicious to propose it automatically, even if it meant adding a little more to the basic bill. This extension, I found it on the official website of the brand and it still costs 60 dollars. Maybe by adding it automatically to the package, in the case of our model, we could have arrived at an overall price of 300 € instead of the 340 currently if we take the option.
To conclude, this box is a Hollywood blockbuster, it's beautiful, simple and impressive.
