The Marvn RTA is a large tank atomizer. However, this does not mean that it is made for the big powers.
Its look is rather nice, with ends (base and top-cap) dressed in black to reveal, through its large tank, a fireplace and a steel-colored bell.
Its bowels are built for versatile assemblies, ranging from medium resistive to strong, for very variable power but the proposed liquid flow keeps medium openings and not adjustable. The airflow, meanwhile, is very wide and can modulate the airflow for an inhalation that, associated with the drip-top, can only be direct.
Well designed and impressive, this atomizer allows a reserve of liquid of 5ml, on a not insignificant diameter of 26mm.
Coil Master wanted this Marvn very accessible since its price is one of the cheapest of the market in reconstrutible. So, let's hope that his vape is up to what is proposed to us.

Reviewer's comments on physical characteristics and perceived quality
This atomizer is made of stainless steel, with a perceived quality rather good. I find the parts sufficiently provided in matter, machining is very well done but, at the threads, the grip is not always safe.
The tank is made of medium thickness pyrex but it remains largely exposed to possible shocks. However, an additional tank is offered in the pack.
The mounting plate is well made but the two studs require a very stable maintenance of the two resistors for tightening. This is not always easy for a novice who will prefer a Velocity type deck, which is easier to coil. That said, the space is very large to work, so easily accessible.
The number of pieces is limited and the finish good overall, as well as the joints that I find thick and well adapted to this atomizer.
The airflow allows a very airy draw but can also be reduced thanks to a ring on the base of the atomizer which pivots easily while maintaining a good maintenance. The flow of the liquid, meanwhile, remains fixed and is managed by four openings located at the end of the capillaries. Although these openings appear sufficient, they offer a flow rate that does not agree with all the montages, which limits the versatility of this atomizer.
Under the base, the pin makes contact with a brass screw that comes out enough and which, moreover, is adjustable.

Given its massive size and its consequent airholes, all on a significant diameter of 26mm, one might think that its main characteristic would be to send "heavy". However, in concrete reality, we have an atomizer that offers a pretty good vape on powers ranging from 20 to 45W.
Its tank offers a large capacity of 5ml for a continuous vape without having to fill it often and its filling is very easy from the top.
The mounting plate is large enough to allow various mounting. The theoretical possibilities are enormous but, as we will see below, the opening for the flow of the liquid limits this atomizer to conventional assemblies under penalty of drying out of the capillary.

The drip-tip is a proprietary drip-top, very short, in black PMMA. Rather wide, it has an internal diameter of 12mm.
The dissipation of heat is very well done and the comfort on the lips is rather advantageous.

Reviewer's comments on conditioning
The packaging is pretty cool, in a black rigid cardboard box. Foam protects your atomizer and the extra spare tank.
It is accompanied by a bag containing a cotton pad, two pre-assembled resistors, with two additional screws and several spare seals.
A notice is attached to the packaging. Written in English and French, it is succinct but sufficient to understand and use Marvn.
Appreciations in use

Reviewer's comments on the use of the product
For use, it starts with assembly. The width of the plate, the place to work on it, the space between the studs and the fixing of the resistive legs first let me think that it was made for large assemblies.
So I realized two resistances in Kanthal diameter 6mm (10 turns to not have a value too low), I reach the 0.35Ω for a power of 85W. The wicks well soaked, I vape and it's great but, after a little while, I feel the capillary dry up and I lower my power. But with such resistive 50W, the two resistors have trouble heating enough to vaporize the liquid.
With this assembly, an imbalance is created because the liquid does not circulate fast enough to feed the capillary, despite the four openings.
I am trying another lighter mount with a 0.4mm kanthal for an overall 0.7Ω resistance. At 31W, the baby is thrilled. No dry hit, no drowning either, the balance in double coil is found and the vape is nice.
The Marvn RTA is therefore made for medium value montages, although the capacities offered by the plateau are multiple. The fact remains that the juice supply does not follow the rates too high, which is a shame.
Side taste, I did not find this atomizer very powerful. With average power and a large bell (atomizing chamber), this is not surprising. The flavors are too diluted to offer specific tastes.
Overall, a good little atomizer that corresponds to its price but unfortunately does not hold all the promises that his platform is able to offer. Too bad Coil Master did not think to make variable openings in the flow of liquid to perfect its product.

The mood ticket of the reviewer
The Marvn is a big atomizer that offers an average vape, too average in my opinion. It would not miss much for it to be efficient: adjustable or wider liquid inputs.
The board is not always easy to coil but is not insurmountable either. It offers a work space sized for you to take your time and succeed. Its size gives the impression of an atomizer made for the cloud, but it is not. Its vape is made for powers between 20 and 45W with a taste pleasure, again, too average.
On the other hand, its price is appreciable, but I just want to say that it is fitting with the rendering of the RTA.
Average, average, average… what a pity when his capacities could be amply improved with not much.
