Maca is a medicinal plant. The vegetable could have been part of the different films on Harry Potter given its visual characteristic. But, luckily for me, nothing to do with the world of Bertie Crochue's surprise dragees.
The recipe is based on a gourmet base which takes its gustatory flavor in a pastry-type cream mixing caramel and hazelnuts. There is a notion of praline which immediately acts as a flavor. Its creamy side makes it a point of honor to make the tasting slightly massive. It is round in the mouth. We feel this characteristic amplitude but I find it a little too collected on itself (personal opinion, of course).

My mood ticket on this juice
It is a recipe which, it seems to me, will be able to pass “cream” throughout the day, hence the notion “Allday” in our protocol but, for my part, it has only charmed me at times. linked to a cup of coffee or chocolate, or even a tea. Whether in the morning or at noon as an accompaniment, he acts as a very friendly accompanist. Throughout the day, he got bored of me. But, I conceive it in Allday all the same.
I find him a slight lack of sugar which would have held his hand well because I feel like a void on this side. The creamy aspect is well defined but it lacks that sweet reference point to make me want it without restriction.
