Comments on the packaging

Today we are attacking the third part of the Devil Squiz range in the person of Lemon Cassis, still based on the same principle of combining two fruits to make a duo. Just coming out of convalescence after the excellent surprise of the first two chapters, you might as well say that the drool is flowing from my lips looking at the label. Do I need a vacation? 😉

The bottle contains 50ml of a nectar which insolently displays a beautiful purple color which makes me think that Mr Colorant has interfered in the game. It is available in 0 nicotine, which is normal but you can also find this e-liquid in 10ml, nicotine in 0, 3, 8, 11 and 16mg / ml at a price of 5.90 €. The large capacity is displayed at 19.90 €.

Comments on the security, legal, health and religious aspects

A simple “Nothing to report” would have been enough but we will develop a little. Product information? Roger! Clarity of compulsory pictograms? Roger! Normal absence of the visually impaired pictogram on a juice in 0? Roger! Warnings for minors and pregnant women? Albert! Uh, sorry: Roger!

So, everything is clear on this chapter. Except the obvious presence of the dye that does not appear in the composition.

Appreciation of the packaging

  • Do the graphic design of the label and the name of the product agree? Yes
  • Global correspondence of the packaging with the product name: Yes
  • The packaging effort made is in accordance with the price category: Yes

Comments on the packaging

The packaging of the Lemon Cassis will not differ in the collection. It uses the same graphic DNA and therefore fits perfectly into a range logic. It's simple, clear and pretty enough to catch the eye, especially in this yellow and purple set.

We salute once again the clarity of each piece of information and the layout of the whole which makes it easier to see.

Comments on the taste of the juice

A first surprise grabs me from the initial puff: the freshness is noticeably more important than for the two previous opus. It is not really a gene because we remain all the same in the measure and the good tone but the Lemon Cassis thus joins a myriad of other fresh fruity liquids and dissociates itself a little from the confusing and almost gastronomic realism which reigned until so.

Blackcurrant takes the lion's share and imposes its inimitable taste by clearly showing itself as an excellent vintage. The aroma is of good quality, the length in the mouth is very satisfying and we find all the aspects of the blackcurrant berry: a touch of tangy bite and a sweet and fleshy note.

The lemon brings a slight bitterness without really affecting his roommate. It is clearly behind. It will become more obvious at higher power or the added pep will be undeniable, creating a sparkling effect very summery.

The aftertaste is tinged with bitterness and freshness and allows us to better define a recipe that gives pride of place to the bay of Burgundy and which uses lemon more as a powerful additive than an equal aroma. A choice that respects itself, the liquid being very pleasant to vape, but which departs a little from the logic of the range which had prevailed until now.

Tasting recommendations

  • Type of steam obtained at this power: Normal (type T2)

Comments and recommendations for an optimal tasting

Like any fruity e-liquid, you should not expect to impose too much power on it if you want to maintain taste control. On the other hand, a small increase compared to the two previous volumes is necessary if we want to clearly identify and enjoy the lemon.

The fluidity of a reassuring 50/50 will go well on any atomizer, from the wise MTL of gourmet to the smart DL of the gourmand and the correct aromatic power will itself ensure its after-sales service. To vape on the beach while looking at the horizon.

Recommended Moments

My mood ticket on this juice

The Lemon Cassis is a good e-liquid which does not lie on its claims and which remains a very good moment of vape. Less ambitious than its range colleagues, it does not revolutionize anything and this is undoubtedly its least flaw here.

No matter, since the result is really good and its freshness will satisfy fans. A godsend for these scorching weather!
