Juice very complex and greedy, prefer a dripper oriented flavor to discover all the subtleties. The apple crumble dominates then appears a sweet taste of fig.

My mood ticket on this juice
There are juices like that, which you can taste in a hurry on a corner of the table, which do not make a strong impression on you at first glance but which leave you with a pleasant taste in the mouth all day long. .
Auguste is the perfect example.
The first time I tasted it, I was surprised by a strong presence of fairly rapping fig in the mouth but no time to linger, quickly I go I'm in a rush. However, I still had a pleasantly sweet smell in my mouth that makes you want to try the experience again.
Here I am back from work 8h later and a terrible desire to re-taste this juice so special.
I take a chosen dripper, I do my editing, choose my fiber intelligently, here cotton Bacon 2.0 and I add my few drops of juice.
And there, this sweet feeling, which comes back immediately but always this fig which I am not particularly fan. No problem, I get a little power, and there, the discovery.
A scorched apple very fine in the mouth sublimated by the brown sugar, the fig, it, bring a little sweet acidity to this perfect mixture.
It had been a long time since a juice had not given me such pleasant sensations.
