This box with unconventional shapes offers a good grip, the control buttons are well placed and no discomfort will be felt in use.
Too bad, however, that the aluminum which covers a very large part of the box has not undergone a surface treatment such as anodization to protect it.
Indeed, the aluminum being raw, the box will be very sensitive to scratches.

Box which wants to be very simple, exit therefore the superfluous like the screen or the USB port for a possible recharging of your battery. In place of said screen, there are two series of LEDs.
The first will tell you the battery charge, the second the power. The power is between 8w to 40w through several stages: 8W, 13W, 20W, 25W, 30W, 35W and 40W
Although the Kbox is designed to shoot from 0.4Ω, the latter never wanted to fire at this resistance value. I had to increase my resistance to 0.45Ω to get a result.

Reviewer's comments on conditioning
Packaging launched by the Subtank range, ie a beautiful box in shades of red, very classy and of good quality. As for the packaging itself of the Kbox, you will find the box there (it's not bad already) and a manual in French, please! If the Kbox is simplified, its package is also.
Appreciations in use
- Transport facilities with the test atomizer: Ok for an external jacket pocket (no deformations)
- Disassembly and cleaning facilities: Super simple, even blind in the dark!

Reviewer's comments on the use of the product
Easy to use to the extreme, an adjustment button and a shoot button. For the battery, be careful however, you will not be able to close your Kbox with nipple batteries, in fact the place intended for the latter is very narrow.
In terms of power consumption, the Kbox does not consume energy and this thanks to its “basic” electronics.

The mood ticket of the reviewer
Kanger blew us away with the Subtanks series, so we expected to be blown away with the Kbox as well. What a disappointment in the end that this Kbox…
Certainly, it has a smooth vape, certainly the handling is pleasant, certainly it is very easy to use and its price is low.
But wouldn't it be too simple? No screen, no USB port for recharging, a finish that is clean but oh so fragile and especially the impossibility of putting batteries has nipples ... Add to that the obligation to stick to pre -power settings that may not be right for everyone.
Mr Kanger, how can you do with the Subtank range of atos with undeniable qualities and bring out a box that on paper has everything to please but which, in the end, is a real disappointment?
Be careful though, this is only my personal opinion, I remain convinced that a good number of novice vapers will find it great and in the end, that's what counts, and not my opinion 😉
