First novelty: the design.
Indeed Eleaf has adopted a new stylistic concept by making the design of this new Istick. Note that the rounding generally placed on the edge has been transferred to the facade. this gives a more stretched ovoid shape. The box lengthens but does not grow. This shape is really very interesting aesthetically, moreover the ergonomics which results from it is a more not insignificant. The aluminum of the frame, lightly brushed in raw color, features on one of its edges the control / screen part and on the other a deep engraving emphasizes the temperature control function, this gives it an undeniably more serious / accomplished side than his big sisters.

The metal fire button becomes square again, the latter would have been almost perfect if it had not suffered from a very slight fluctuation in its enclave, moreover all of the controls suffer from the same small defect, nothing catastrophic but this is a bit of a shame.
No more buttons + and -, a single button tilting up (+) and down (-) of an elongated rectangular shape in metal too, comes to make its contribution in terms of the conceptual renewal of the range. Then a last small button quite similar to that of the Istick TC 40 W allowing the change of mode, among other things, comes to finish the description of the functional buttons.
There is a central connector placed in the middle of the top cap, which allows large atomizers to be mounted without risk of overflow (up to 28mm in diameter), moreover the spring-loaded pin will allow flush mounting.

This new Istick takes over all the functions traditionally offered by Eleaf.
Unsurprisingly, you will find a variable power mode and two modes in temperature control, one for Ni200, and one for Titanium.
In VW mode you can vary the power from 1 to 60 watts with a resistance of a minimum value of 0,15 ohm and 3,5 ohm in its maximum limit.
In TC (temperature control) mode the acceptable resistance limits change to 0,05 ohm minimum and 1 ohm maximum. In this mode you can also set the starting power, which will influence the speed of reaching the temperature limit.
You can of course recharge your box using the micro usb port, but the battery being very accessible you can also use a charger, and thus always have a full battery; If you choose to equip yourself with several 18650. I recommend the second solution instead because the beautiful is rather greedy in energy it seems to me.

Finally, the box is as usual very “safe” and has all the usual security arsenal common to these regulated boxes.
So no surprise we stay on an effective product, simple and safe.

Always a manual in several languages ​​including French, a habit that reflects the seriousness of this brand. For my part, I received the pack which includes the Melo 2, this honest sub-ohm clearo which incorporates the top filling inaugurated on the Lemo2. In all cases you will of course find the USB cable. I would have liked the stylistic evolution of the box to also spread to the package, but let's not be difficult.

The Istick family welcomes a new member who stands out from the rest of the siblings. Indeed the Istick TC 60 W stands out from its big sisters thanks to an advantageous and innovative physique. Longer, but still as compact, this box benefits from a design that is exclusive to it. The materials and the quality of the assembly are correct for the price. The icing on the cake is the possibility of personalizing your box thanks to its two removable facades that you can either customize if you are creative, or change by purchasing other covers of different colors.
The box works well and incorporates a classic “wattage” mode and the now essential temperature control. With a power of 60 watts the weight / power ratio positions it perfectly compared to the main competitors.
