The success of the istick is now pushing all manufacturers towards the compact box market. Pioneer is trying to make an entry with this IPV mini. 54.90 € for 30 watts, with replaceable batteries at the start and quite correct, even if a little above the mini cloupor for the price.
But where Pioneer slightly misses its target is in terms of size.

The figures tell us, it is not that small!
Yes it is smaller than the IPV 2 but it is much bigger than the cloupor, bigger and also heavier.
Admittedly this weight gives a feeling of solidity, but the coating is of a barely acceptable quality… It is very fragile, its very smooth side does not reassure the clumsy like me who have the annoying tendency to drop at least once , all their damn stuff, even those with non-slip surfaces… so imagine here…
Yes, I say when you want you can manage to drag a precious mod, so when it is as smooth as an egg the risks are obvious to me.
Too bad once again pioneer4you peach in my eyes on the finish, only the buttons come to embellish the table.
These fit perfectly and respond to the finger and the eye, and it's a real treat not having a maraca concert when you toss it around a bit.

A simple but complete box. Indeed everything is there, safety, simplicity, efficiency.
The Box delivers a pleasant, well regulated vape.
It starts up a quarter turn, the chipset a yihi sx 130 is more than satisfactory.
We find a PWM mode that seems useless but hey he is there.
On the other hand a function makes it possible to save five different power settings, which makes it possible to adapt the power to several different atos to avoid the painful traditional setting.
His thirty watts seems pretty weak against the box of his template, but hey, it still works pretty well.
Last thing the autonomy is very correct.

Nothing to say either. It's rather classic, we easily find its marks.
Getting started 5 clicks, fire button, +, - classic what.
Locking is simple and practical: you press the plus and minus simultaneously and hop off, the automation is easy to acquire.
Managing power presets is simple, but recording them a bit more complex.
As I said before, the quality of the vape is very good.

The mood ticket of the reviewer
Yes we will think that I want this brand.
I understand it but hey, here at pioneer4you we have material of very good quality on the functional level.
But for me, things go wrong when it comes to the quality of the materials: aluminum still seems so low-end, the coating will just give an illusion for a while, but it's still bad to come out with good products, and not to make a small effort on this aspect.
No, this box is not “mini” enough to counter the two references in the sector, namely the istick and the cloupor.
But she does not demerit on everything. The spring-loaded connection is nickel, however be careful with ato with the air intake in the 510 pin.
Even if there are grooves for the airflow, they seem insufficient.
The quality of the buttons is very good, no noise and that's good.
The quality of vape is great the yihi sx130 works nickel.
The stored presets are a bit complicated at first but I found that not bad.
The screen is good, the mirror treatment is pretty, but in direct sunlight… you can't see anything.
In conclusion I will say neither mini, nor really big, this box has trouble finding its place, the more powerful V2 versions should do better.
If you choose to buy it I think it will be able to satisfy you, because it is still a good product.
