Back to High Creek with the third offshoot of the brand, this time created by Leguib, passionate alchemist who will try to maintain the (high) level of taste determined by the first two juices we tested: Fafnir and Theli .
The Insomnia, since that's how it is called, is built on a 60/40 PG / VG base, an ideal base for supporting flavors which will therefore typify the juice as a potion intended more for taste than to meteorological sensations.
Available in 0, 3, 6 and 12mg / ml of nicotine, the juice is offered at a price of € 6.50 generally observed, which places it in a middle range. An ideal placement for a Premium typed liquid, by virtue of its birth (High Creek being a European wholesaler specializing in Very High End equipment) but also by the complexity of the assemblies.
A third test that I was eager to operate since I had really fallen in love with the previous recipes, with the insane hope of finding with the Insomnia even only part of the sensations that the Fafnir had given me. and the Theli.

No big changes concerning this chapter and besides why would it be necessary since we were already starting with something perfect?
Thus, we find the cardboard box, the fold-out leaflet inside and a methodical and surprisingly clear application of the binding wishes of the legislator in terms of mandatory information and other prevention logos.
The manufacturer and its distributor therefore complied with good grace in the complex exercise of succeeding in placing everything without, however, delivering odious and illegible packaging. Only one word comes to mind: bravo!

I like this packaging, in its elegant sobriety based on a black background which strangely drifts towards a more modern universe with the logo of the brand. I find the whole successful and attractive.
It must be said that the designer has not mourned his efforts and the cardboard box is magnificent, with its matt background that reveals some brilliant style effects superimposed and fonts that are not lacking, character ...
The greatest success lies in the bottle, however, whose label has distinguished between information, conformity and maintained aesthetics. To paraphrase a great character in the cinematic universe, I would simply say: “Splendiiiiiiiide!”.

Comments on the taste of the juice
My expectations for the Insomnia may have been very high, but I still found a way to be very pleasantly surprised with the result.
We have here a powerful and polymorphous liquid, whose taste can vary according to the successive puffs and is therefore always amazing, whatever the moment when you steam it.
There are, however, constant reassuring ones. A heart roasted and realistic coffee that unites lasciviously with notes of cocoa placed here and there like touches of color on a white canvas. The juice is not very sweet but we feel in the background, a slightly harsh caramel, which creates more a texture than a flavor itself.
Intermittently, I note a pleasantly fruity note but difficult to pinpoint. I will tend to bet on a berry a little sour which is probably only there to give the coffee bean a sharper, more natural appearance, closer in fact to the coffee berry. A success in any case whose apparent incongruity only reinforces the taste quotient of Insomnia.
Because the recipe, majestically, stands out simply by its variable but always amazing taste, a sign of a perfect balance between the various aromas used. The Insomnia therefore becomes at this time, not only worthy of the two previous references but perhaps even superior!

Accepting without deflating to increase in power, it can be appreciated at all temperatures and its aromatic power makes it compatible with all possible air flows.
The vapor is very dense and white and the hit remains average.

My mood ticket on this juice
Granting a third Top Juice to a third tested juice from the range, is it really serious? But how can we do otherwise when we find ourselves faced with vaping masterpieces of which the latest comer almost manages to forget already incredible precedents.
Too bad, I let myself be carried away by the enthusiasm and I wallow in it with pleasure. The Insomnia is a great e-liquid, worthy of being in the pantheon of the category, a hybrid category where gourmet coffee mixes with fruity strangeness for an implacable rendering like a replica of Clint Eastwood, changing like feminine moods and delicious as hell.
