Coming from the very latest Hi range, here is the 2 n ° from Vapeflam, beware the heavy eyes visually speaking, a fruity fresh carmine that does not go unnoticed in atos tanks.

All juices in the Hi range have the same label, only the number changes and a brief description of the aromas. No less than 7 languages (including ours!) Are used to include the mandatory information (precautions and description of components). On a matte-colored aluminum background, we see on the front a stylized ribbon shape, closed reminiscent of a drop, in the center of which is inscribed the name of the range: Hi. Comments on the taste of the juice
Vapeflam has its liquids manufactured by a patented professional laboratory, collaborating on the recipe until the expected result is obtained, this has resulted in a grade 30 / 70 (USP / EP) for the base, without nicotine but with a red color (carmine of cochineal E120) food grade already widely used in the past.
No alcohol, water or other additives added to food grade flavors. They are also guaranteed without diacetyl and free from toxic elements present in certain aromatic compounds. Comments and recommendations for an optimal tasting
The first smell is fruity, surrounded by a fragrance of mint. To taste, we approach blackcurrant syrup / strawberry (less sweet) and mint takes all its power on the lips and tongue.
The star anise is discreet, even frankly in withdrawal.
Let's start with a mono coil MTL (True) to 0,9Ω.
At 15W for 3,8V, it is already a lukewarm vape, despite the opening of the largest vent (1,8mm). The flavor is indecisive, not marked, as if it could still express itself fully.
20W is downright hot, the flavor is imprecise, blackcurrant not frank, anise absent, only mint comes out a little bit of the lot. It is quite disappointing on this ato, I did not extend the experience because this fruity 30 / 70 remember, deserves a dedicated ato flavor and volume of steam.
It is on the Sigelei Shikra Tank an ato with resistance owner (an MS-Mesh to 0,2Ω) from 45W that I will really start to appreciate this juice.
The flavor of the mixture of red and black fruits (blackcurrant) emerges with power, the mint fully invades the mouth and we begin to perceive the note of star anise with more precision, finally!
I opened the vents thoroughly, the vape is cold, that's exactly how I enjoy a fresh fruit. The volume of steam is substantial, the length in the mouth is also very significant.
Peppermint brings this spicy connotation that characterizes 6mg / ml (2 boosters each of 10ml) the hit is well marked, the nicotine mint combination is beneficial to feel it at this dosage.
I suggested at the beginning of the review that it was likely to lose in taste power with a contribution of 20 ml of booster without aroma but the original 0% seems sufficiently dosed to support such a dilution, no disappointment on this side.
At 50W while the vape is warming up a bit, the quality of the flavors does not weaken, the amplitude increases as well as the length, I do not note any alteration of taste, I will not go higher in power.
On a dripper pure juice (the Maze in DC, 0,3Ω in 3,9V for 50V around) is the integral foot, airflow all open, the vape is a little lukewarm but level restitution of flavors is also good and accurate with the ato tank.
And yes, this is another version of Red Astaire, without eucalyptus, probably less aniseed, less sweet too, more marked fresh and differently spiced thanks to peppermint. The dosages are successful for not having produced an additional clone of this monument of the vape, while preserving its spirit and its visual aspect.

My mood ticket on this juice
So it is ultimately a juice quite similar to the original but rather successful. Only the presence of the dye disturbs me personally, it is an addition to my sense superfluous because the juice itself does not need this marketing to convince of its qualities.
The note obtained is a little overvalued precisely because of this dye and because it is not really a creation in any point original.
That being said, the fact remains that the case is very well controlled, from the proportion of the base to the comfortable dosage of the aromas, there is something to satisfy a large number of us.
A last rather practical advice which I did not mention, is that you must consider that the 70% VG plus the dye are formidable "foulers" of coils, the latter does not vaporize in full and scale l winding, prefer a rebuildable to proprietary resistors if you do not want to blow your coil budget, moreover this juice is really suitable for RDA or RDTA and those who appreciate a little warm fresh fruity can without fear send power.
