Chateau BordO2 reconciled me with the brand. Will it last? Well yes 🙂
La Bonne Vapote is according to the description “a delicious flavor of tarte tatin full of memories…”.
Yeah, it must have been a long time since they ate a tarte Tatin at Bordo2. Be careful, it's not bad, far from it, but I can't find the “dough, cake, sugar” side that I expected. Here we are more on an apple a little tart with a small base of cream that we find on other juices of the brand.
In conclusion, it's not bad, even very good, but Tatin, no.
