Comments on the packaging
I never really understood why the mythical creature born from the tortured spirit of Mary Shelley had become, despite herself, a taste guarantee for an e-liquid. The juices based on this story are legion and especially when they contain strawberries. Astonishing, no? However, I had not noticed in the novel or the films devoted to a connection even distant to this fruit ...
But let's ignore any literary consideration, the potion on the bench this morning is called Franken Strange and comes directly from Vap'land, a French brand from the North of France. Presented in 50ml and able to accommodate a booster if necessary, our bloody liquid is therefore offered without nicotine in its natural state for a price of € 19.90 which places it in the entry level.
Assembled on a basis of a ratio of 20/80 of PG / VG, the juice of the day will therefore primarily target seasoned vapers who will be content with 0 to 3.33mg / ml of nicotine and who will prefer to vape in DL in order to enjoy large volumes of steam. And that's good because there is something for all tastes and all trends.

I can not find fault with the security chapter, there is everything you could want in an e-liquid so that the result is transparent, reassuring and in accordance with the legislation in force. A real professional work in which we recognize the paw of Kapalina who proceeded to the conditioning.

Comments on the packaging
The bottle is a classic Chubby Gorilla whose retractable dropper allows the easy addition of a booster. It is surrounded by a label that has the mouth since it borrows that of Boris Karloff, legendary performer of the no less legendary creature.
The layout is decent and the cinematic aesthetic will be a source of nostalgia for fans of horror films.

Comments on the taste of the juice
The flavor promise of the liquid lies in three elements: biscuit, strawberry jam and maple syrup. The tasting validates this trifecta in order. We therefore have a pleasant e-liquid to vape, not too sweet despite the majority presence of vegetable glycerin and rather dry in the mouth.
We therefore find a rather shortbread cookie topped with a line of strawberry confit of the kind of trays children love. As a base note, there is maple syrup with an interesting flavor contribution. The whole is rather compact and soft.
The first fault lies, in my opinion, in a certain imprecision in the aromas. Indeed, we could have wished for a strawberry with more pep, or even acidity to better contrast with the biscuit / maple syrup pastry block. As it stands, we have more easily a biscuit whose dough is flavored with strawberries but not really a biscuit supporting a strawberry jam. The difference is slight but very real and the strawberry here lacks personality to sublimate the recipe.
The second flaw, inherent in the genre, consists of a slight overall aromatic weakness. Although this is sifted by the purpose of the juice which is to be vaped rather at high power on suitable equipment.
On the other hand, I still retain the addition of maple syrup which types the recipe and gives it a different and welcome flavor.

Comments and recommendations for an optimal tasting
In terms of material, the ideal candidate to serve our Franken Strange will be a good double coil RDA or a mesh clearomizer so that the flavors are a little saturated by the heating. The taste will need to be extrapolated a bit from the material.
The power will therefore be high anyway so that the sensation helps the aromas to express themselves better. A good airflow will be able to avoid too high a temperature even if, surprisingly, the Franken Strange accepts to be vaped a little hot without losing its qualities.

My mood ticket on this juice
Franken Strange is an infuriating juice because it presents a pretty business card, a rather nice taste but it does not follow through on its promise. We stay a little on our hunger while recognizing that the potential is there and would only deserve a few minor adjustments to become bursting in the mouth. It's a shame, but nothing that a good V2 can't fix.
