We no longer present the Expromizer, this reconstructable atomizer familiar in the landscape of the informed vapoteur.
Fruit of the work of German designers who knew how to associate the characteristics of two legends the Kayfun, and the Taifun. But the coup by Exvape and having had its Expromizer made in China to be able to sell it at a price half the price.
After several updates of V1, it is a brand new V2 that comes to us with its share of new features, but without suffering a price increase.

Reviewer's comments on physical characteristics and perceived quality

This new version of this classic does not add much in terms of design, at first glance we immediately recognize the lineage to which it belongs. Only the two bands providing the grip for unscrewing the tank and the recovery tank distinguish it at first glance.
We also immediately see the new air flow ring, and approaching, the other novelty, the adjustment of the liquid inlet.
Of course, everything is perfectly done, the quality is more than satisfactory both for the choice of materials used, and in terms of machining.
Always two finishes available, polished and matte version.
We also note that the dimensions remain almost identical, and that this V2 is compatible with most accessories of the V1.
I want to say that the Expromizer V2 takes with application the ingredients that make its success in terms of quality.

Reviewer's comments on functional features

Let's start with the 510 connection, it is made using a copper screw, which you can adjust to ensure a good flow of current. In the bag of accessories you will also find a spring and a copper pin, so you can mount a spring connection instead of the original screw. For my part the test is not conclusive, the connection thus obtained seems to me unstable. For me the original screw seems more effective.
The air flow is managed thanks to a ring pierced with six holes.

You will be able to vary the air supply easily since on this V2 no need to screw the tank, the movable ring is no longer held in place by a protuberance which found its place in a small housing on the base. On the V2, a ball maintains the ring, and it works perfectly. Six different diameters 2,5 / 2 / 1,5 / 1,2 / 1 / 0,8 (mm). The larger diameter is airy, but let's be clear, no direct inhalation. When the smallest gives a very tight vape.

The atomization chamber does not change much, except for the juice supply. Indeed the big novelty remains in the adjustment of the liquid inlet thanks to a ring pierced with 4 holes at the base of the plate. You will loosen the bell and you will have the possibility to turn this small ring and choose between a hole of 1,5 / 1,2 / 1 / 0,8. This small improvement allows you to put an always identical quantity of cotton since you can act on the feed according to the viscosity of your liquid and the capillarity of the wick.
The Expromizer is not made for high temperatures, so Exvape did not need to put in a heat sink.
The liquid refill is done as on the other models of the mark. The base is unscrewed, then the tank is filled without exceeding the level delimited by the chimney. The only problem is that once in two you will unscrew the tank instead of the tank, it's not catastrophic but it is sometimes a little heavy when it happens to you two, or three times a day, a small millimeter more to separate the two grips might have avoided the problem.
Anyway, the Expromizer is still well done, the air flow has evolved in the right direction, and this management of the arrival of juice is simple and effective.

You will have the choice between two drip-tips. Indeed in the pack you will find a tip (stainless steel like the rest of the atomizer), or a black plastic tip. These two drip-tips are nothing extraordinary but they blend well with the atomizer and are perfectly suited to the quiet vape offered by the latter.

Reviewer's comments on conditioning

The Expromizer arrives in a sober black box totally in accordance with the price level of the product. Inside your atomizer, a bag that contains all the spare gaskets, the plastic drip-tip, the spring-loaded pin and the famous key-ring screwdriver. It's perfectly in line with the spirit of the product and the brand; unadorned but effective.

Reviewer's comments on the use of the product

The Expromizer remains an atomizer model perfectly suited to everyday life. The coil is easily assembled since we keep a Kayfun type plate, which for me remains one of the easiest assemblies. Two ways to fix your Kanthal, either directly under the screws of the studs, or in the small holes drilled in the two poles. No particular difficulty on this point.
The size of the atomizer remains quite within the standards. Its weight is very reasonable, married with a compact medium power box you will have a set-up able to accompany you in your daily life, without having to carry around a bag.
The atomizer is made up of about ten parts, so for a complete cleaning you will have to put yourself on a work surface, but do not be afraid it is not complicated to reassemble. The filling, as I said before, is childishly simple.
No leak is to be deplored during my test. The tank does its job perfectly, the seals are of good quality, and finally the juice inlet adjustment makes it possible to correct to a certain extent a poor dosage / packing of the cotton.
The Expromizer improves, without turning into a gas plant.

The mood ticket of the reviewer

The release of a new Expromizer is not for me an event in itself. I readily admit that the Expromizer is a very good atomizer that benefits from good build quality and good design. But now, it's not my vape, it's too tight.
With this V2 which punctuates the evolutions of v1, the situation changes somewhat. The air flow is a little more generous so I like it. In addition, the new juice inlet adjustment is practical and efficient.
This V2 has not undergone major modifications in terms of design. Exvape has improved its best-of without transforming it into complexity, the Expromizer remains easy to understand, which for me is a guarantee of intelligence, when you have a good product that works well, you do not change everything ( not like our Russian friends).
The designers haven't given in to the sub-ohm fashion either, the Expromizer is flavor oriented, more than vapor. So this atomizer remains a very good daily companion. The autonomy in juice is good, the correct amount of vapor but not enormous will allow you to keep a benevolent look on the part of the people you meet in the street.
What more can we say, the V2 expromizer has everything it takes to keep a good place in the hearts of vapers, and we have not finished seeing it among the photos of your set-ups shared on the net.
