At eXvape, when you have a good product, you don't let go of its possible evolution. This V2 follows on from the 1, the 1.2, and the 1.3 which have all been the subject of constructive criticism from a community of experts, which the German designer has gradually taken into account to improve and then finalize this atomizer.
We will therefore find the conventionally appreciated parts: top cap, tank, tray, adjustable 510 connection, good capacity, and as a little extra, an AFC (Air Flow Control) worthy of the name and an LFC (Liquid Flow Control).
The complete package has good surprises in store for a very reasonable price. The quality of manufacture, the materials used, or the finish make this product a reliable and durable object, especially as the manufacturer's site offers accessories and spare parts to personalize and perpetuate your purchase.

The advertised weight may vary depending on the drip tip used. Without this accessory, it is 58g.
The general impression is that we are dealing with an object of quality both in the choice of materials and in the finish. The moving parts (unscrewing of the plate, of the 510 connector or of the AFC) are surfaced so as to obtain a perfect grip, while differentiating the functions. Thus the AFC ring (adjustment) is notched while the unscrewable parts are finely ridged. The top cap is aesthetically consistent with the body of the ato, it unscrews but does not have this anti-slip character.
The AFC ring is designed to match the vents and lock the desired setting. The adjustable positive pin is made of copper.
The PMMA tank is also provided with no screws at its ends, it is a risky option, because over time, by dint of screwing / unscrewing, the different assembled materials will end up wearing out the least resistant, so it will be the tank which will pay the price first.
This small drawback aside, the atomizer, with its 71mm (including black POM H * drip-tip) and 23mm in diameter, is impressive. Its size and its notable weight make it an object to associate with a mod of good quality so as not to risk falls due to a too great imbalance of proportions, the set-up posed upright.

It still consists of 18 parts, but rest assured, it is not sold as a kit, so we will limit ourselves to considering the main parts that you will have the opportunity to handle during the necessary assembly, filling and cleaning. to its optimal use.
- The top cap, in stainless steel, accommodates the drip tip, it is screwed on the top tank and contains in its center an extension of the chimney.
- The stainless steel top tank is an intermediate tube between the tank and the top cap, both screwed on, it serves as a tank for filling the ato.
- The tank (polycarbonate tank)

The assembly of the coil is classic, and there is no lack of space to achieve it serenely. Once closed with the heating chamber, before filling, you have 4 opening positions for the juice to pass, adjustable by means of a rotating ring. The chosen position will depend on the viscosity of the liquid you will be vaping, (possible openings: 0.8mm / 1.0mm / 1.2mm / 1.5mm) also this setting is important, you can nevertheless return to it with a full tank, if you consider your option inappropriate (do not forget to wipe your fingers).
The filling is carried out, the tank / top tank / top cap assembly unscrewed from the base upside down, the end of the top cap chimney serves as the limit level of juice.
The maximum AFC at the opening (2,5mm) allows moderate direct inhalation, the other possibilities offer successively 2 / 1,5 / 1,2 / 1 / and 0,8 mm. This adjustment is very pleasant to handle, each position is "locked" by a ball mounted on a spring which is housed in the corresponding cavity inside the ring, the work of a pro.
The 510 connection (bottom-cap) is removable, it offers 2 mounting possibilities for adjusting the positive pin: screwable or spring-loaded, parts suitable for the 2 options are also provided.
The features offered by the eXpromizer V2 are efficient and well designed, technically practical and useful. All of these components allow a wide range of accommodations to the way you vape, as well as to the liquids you will taste.

2 drip-tips are present in this package, one in metal depending on the finish of your ato, and the other in black Delrin. Both in 510, 5mm opening. Their base to be inserted in the top cap is provided with 2 O-rings for a perfect connection. The same "decoration" is proposed: 2 thin straps engraved in the mass.
You have of course the possibility to put the 510 drip tip of your choice.

Reviewer's comments on conditioning
A black cardboard box, contains a flexible extruded foam that effectively protects the atomizer. A bag containing: various O-rings, a screwdriver, a drip-tip, a resistive wire fixing screw, a brass spring, a positive copper pin an insulating gasket. A manual well detailed by its diagrams, that the non-German-Anglo-philes will have a little trouble understanding, but which still has the merit of existing.
Given the accessory material provided and the quality of the atomizer, this packaging does not indicate, for the price of the set, the container element is correct.
Appreciations in use
- Transport facilities with the mod of the test configuration: Ok for an external jacket pocket (no deformations)

Reviewer's comments on the use of the product
Several assemblies between 0,3 and 1,8 ohms led me to prefer a compromise around 1 ohm; for the following reasons :
the first stainless steel coil in 0,50 of 3mm in diameter turned out to be impossible to adjust correctly, the imposed heating does not dissipate enough, the juice does not have time to regenerate in the capillary (FF 1) of as much as I tried with 20/80, less fluid and slower to propagate to resistance. At 0,5 ohm the situation hardly improves and the still hot vape prohibits fruity juices, the position of the liquid flow control however to the maximum. From 0,8 ohm everything changes for the better, the air flow at 2,5mm allows a lukewarm vape, and the juice flows much better or evaporates less densely which allows a prolonged vape without a dry hit.
1,2 and 1,4 ohm are good values from every point of view, the recovery of flavors is optimal, we can ramp up to heat a tobacco, and fruity vapors will be lukewarm or cold, the settings finally conditioning both the rendering and the density of vapor produced.
At 1,8 ohm it's just as good a question of taste but much less verbose in vapor, on the other hand the autonomy of the tank is felt, an afternoon without problem!
It is therefore necessary to use this RTA in single coil like a Russian or a KF around an ohm, to take full advantage of the settings and modulate your feelings. Cleaning is easy after disassembly, be sure to remove the AFC and LFC rings, keep the bottom cap dry, it is not affected by the juice. The contact surfaces of the positive copper pin must be regularly polished to prevent them from too rapid oxidation. To preserve the joints, avoid too hot water and also think that the PMMA tank may crack with aniseed juices, or those deemed incompatible.
The eXpromizer responds to any request oriented flavor and autonomy, cloud chasers will not find much interest in it, it still leaves a lot of people in the running to take advantage of its qualities of vape.

The mood ticket of the reviewer
What changes from the previous version of the eXpromizer changes a lot of things. In addition to a finer aesthetic of the top cap and the finish of the external parts that can be handled, this LFC brings a real benefit when it comes to adapting the equipment to the different bases of which the e-liquids are made.
The AFC without having become very airy, has also gained ground, both in terms of setting and opening.
This atomizer is a safe bet for a wide range of vapors, and an excellent springboard for neophytes who want to switch to RTA. The design of its mounting plate leaves all visibility and accessibility to make a simple coil around an ohm. The filling is done simply standing in the street in a few seconds. It is solid, efficient, and very honorably restores the flavor of juices, its autonomy makes it particularly suitable for those who vaporize quietly on the move or cuddly at home.
I am happy to note that the old continent still has innovative talents in this very competitive market for RTA atomizers. Take advantage of it, it is not expensive, it is modular and the constituent parts of the old versions are compatible with this one.
