In the frantic and exciting race for an ever more healthy, efficient, technological and seductive vape, we are in a state of grace. 200W mods at a ridiculously low price, ceramic resistors, ever smaller boxes, it's total happiness for all vapogeeks for whom not a day brings its share of novelties.
Builders are bending over backwards to invent new materials, liquid makers struggle to perfect their potions. What a magnificent sensation to realize that the vape is an ecosystem in perpetual evolution and that the best is still in front of us!
However, in this effervescence of ingenuity, a particular public sees itself, if not forgotten but at least underestimated. And let's face it, in this common passion that overflows us, we have left beginners at the mercy of tobacco companies and their Logics and other monstrosities whose purpose has not escaped us: to convince first-time vapers to return to the tobacco.

A typical beginner set-up must be simple, intuitive and the object itself must have a real power of seduction.
Bet won, and largely, with a tube which brings together in one and the same space all the elements necessary to vape without taking the head with endless calculations or assemblies: the battery and the atomizer. It's small, compact, thick enough to hold well in your hand. The AIO is also aesthetically successful, available in several colors and benefits from an almost ideal grip, regardless of the width of it.
The whole presents a high level of perceived quality. Both by the choice of materials, aluminum for the body and pyrex for the windshield and by the slightly grainy coating which promises to be solid. And when we know the quality of Joyetech coatings, I am not worried about this point.
The design has been the subject of special care and Joyetech delivers here a beautiful object whose two-tone adornment is an additional asset to make it a dream eye-catcher in the eyes of those who are going to take their first puffs. And, in all fairness, even for those who already have a few thousand under their belt.
The switch works fine. The threads are impeccable. The weight is ridiculous. It's a zero-defect set-up when it comes to quality.

Simplicity.
Contrary to popular belief, it is often much easier to make things complicated than to keep things simple. Here, the choice was already made by the target clientele. We needed a vaporizer that was easy to use, to clean, to manage. The kind of product that allows a smoker to focus on discovering vape, not technology. The kind of product that works for all people, whether they are highly intelligent or low ceiling, whether they are geeks or sportsmen, men or women.
The operation of the AIO can be described in three lines. It is enough to learn where is the “trick” to fill, that this “trick” unscrews and even receives a child safety (and an excellent anti-TPD element) which obliges to push downwards by printing a circular gesture for the unlock. That it is necessary, when the taste begins to deteriorate, change the resistance by unscrewing the “thing” then by removing the ruined resistance and replacing it with a new one. And that to vape, all you have to do is press the “gadget” and suck on the “mess”.
Let's add that we can turn the “thing” off or on again, all you have to do is click on the “thing” five times and you're good to go.
Does it seem technical to you, explained like that? Take a test: go to the street, take the first smoker that passes and talk to him about switch, drip-tip, coil, ato and sub-ohm. Guaranteed result: the smoker will look at you as if you had laid a square egg and gently retort to you to go and show yourself at Philip Morris. The negative effects of technical vocabularies on laypersons should not be underestimated.
Well, if you want, the AIO can also emit a light when you are vaping and you can even change the color of the light. There had to be something a bit bling-bling to please everyone. But rest assured, you can also deactivate it and thus vape incognito without the NSA knowing.
To recharge the AIO, because it takes electricity to be put in the proprietary 1500mAh battery, just connect the “trick” to a usb socket using the supplied cord or, possibly, connect it to a mains adapter . Three hours will be necessary for a complete cycle but you can also vape the wire to the leg, which is an undeniable plus.
The resistance, compatible with the Cubis from which the internal atomizer in the AIO is inspired, uses a resistive in stainless steel 316 and organic cotton. It displays 0.6Ω and its power supply is managed directly by the battery chipset which regulates the power automatically.
And, finally, the drip-tip is internally equipped with a helical circuit to prevent liquid projections and “pulsate” the vapor slightly towards the mouth in a fairly fine stream. The bottom-cap (the thing below) has a vent for cooling the battery and degassing in the event of a problem.

The packaging corresponds to high-end material. It is also incredible to see how we can offer such clean packaging for a total price of 30 € when some are able to deliver an atomizer in a plastic bag.
Hardboard has two floors. On the first, you will find the AIO, perfectly held by a compact foam. By lifting its cradle, you will discover a box containing the USB / Micro USB charging wire as well as additional resistance and an additional “simple” drip-tip.
Still below, there is a complete manual offering, among other things, very correct French, a warranty card and a yellow insert which explains to you that you must not exceed the mark for filling.
It's complete, well presented. Perfect.
Appreciations in use

The filling is without a doubt the easiest that I know of. When the top-cap is removed, the more resistance chimney unit comes with it and therefore leaves a gaping hole to introduce the maximum 2ml that the atomizer part can contain.
The airflow adjustment is basic but quite effective. All you have to do is position the point on the adjustment ring facing the point on the drip-tip support and it is fully open. To decrease the airflow, you can turn the ring in any direction to catch a tighter airflow. It's not very visual, but otherwise it works well. We therefore oscillate, between the two extremes, between a very tight airflow and a tight airflow. Which seems to be a wise choice for a first-time vapoteur who will appreciate not taking a 3 m³ bar on his first try.
The quantity of vapor will therefore be directly proportional to the length of the suction, which will allow the beginner to become familiar with the vape at his own pace and also learn that one does not “pull” on a vaporizer as on a cigarette. On a long aspiration, we can trigger a nice little cloud, quite dense.
The atomizer part works very well with liquids containing up to 60% vegetable glycerin. I admit that I haven't gone beyond that, but I don't think the goal of AIO is to vape in 100% VG.
The flavors are respected, precise and the overall rendering is rather flattering. Quite close to a Cubis which we would have tightened the airflow to a minimum. Of course, it's not an Avocado on a Hexohm but it's already twenty times better than a CE4 on an Ego and a thousand times better than the plastic pens which are “number One in New York”.
If we chainvape a little, we don't get any dry hits. We just have a slight heating of the steam and the upper part of the ato part.
In the end, it's royal! If I had had a set-up like this when I debuted… ..

The mood ticket of the reviewer
The response from the manufacturers of personal vaporizers was long overdue, it's true. And fear seizes me when I think of those people who fell for the ersatz counterfeiters during this time. But the response is scathing and resonates like a pie in the mouth.
The AIO is perfect for a beginner. It is the best material that you can advise your loved ones to go into vape without any remorse.
