A slightly hard plastic (PET) bottle, equipped with a safety cap, and a thin tip.

Today I present to you the recipe ”Velvet”, raspberry, tobacco, almond, vanilla, tonka bean.

Comments on the security, legal, health and religious aspects

D'lice is a big name in vaping in France, so he has to be serious. No bad surprises, good traceability, all the security elements are there. The only downside is that the pg / vg proportions are not apparent, but you can find them on the site: http://www.dlice.fr/rever/326-velours.html.

Appreciation of the packaging

  • Does the graphic design of the label and the product name agree ?: Yes
  • Global correspondence of the packaging with the product name: Yes
  • The packaging effort made is in line with the price category: Could do better for the price

Vapelier's note regarding packaging with regard to juice category: 4.17 / 5 4.2 5 out of stars

Comments on the packaging

The packaging is simple and efficient. The semi-flexible plastic bottle has a nice label. A large R in red relief for the velvet recipe, normal. On the right side of this R, the word velvet is dressed in red. The concept is part of a nice story that we tell you on the site. It is very correct in view of the range, but unfortunately for D'lice, some competitors offer glass bottles and larger capacity on this level of the range. D'lice may not have been daring enough on this one, in fact in my opinion, he misses his entry into competition.

Vapelier's note on the sensory experience: 3.13/5 3.1 5 out of stars

Comments on the taste of the juice

What taste can velvet have? In our recipe we find a fruity raspberry note which, associated with vanilla pulls on grenadine, then an RY4 style tobacco, finally a spicy touch which undoubtedly comes from the tonka bean. It's nice, fairly well balanced, even if tobacco brings us back for me to the origins of vaping. By that I mean that the vapoteur who has one or two years of vape will find the scent of the tobacco flavors of his beginnings.

My mood ticket on this juice

Velvet? Indeed this liquid is in a soft and sweet sense, dry and spicy in the other direction. The name is rather well found.

Neither premium nor basic, this juice is at the crossroads of two worlds. For a beginner vaper it will serve as a launching pad for complex recipes, for proven vapers it will bring them back to the origins: the tobacco flavor that will remind them of their beginnings. We can consider it in all day because very consensual and not at all disgusting.

Although this is not a revelation I think D'lice is a little shy about it. We are faced with a kind of interesting hinge link for beginners tired of their mono-flavor, but not ready to give up the basic tobacco flavors.

Thanks D'lice

Good vape,

Vince
