The least that can be said is that the captain has character. Dark 30 of the Rope Cut range is one of those ranges of gourmet tobaccos with a big dominant on the tobacco flavor.
A tobacco that finds a balance between brown and blond but softens with the fruits while keeping an authoritative imprint with a hegemonic tobacco.
Its proportionate benefit base in vegetable glycerine at 70%, and 30% for propylene glycol, promotes steam as this tasty tobacco is intended for former smokers who still appreciate the scent of tobacco. However, its mixture is nonetheless tasty with a delicious blend barely sweetened by high-tempered fruits associated with a dry alcohol.
Packaged in a clear glass bottle, this e-liquid comes in several nicotine dosages: 3mg, 6mg or 12mg.

The packaging is distinguished, with a black and gold label, impervious to dribbles and which offers us a nice graphic with the face of the bearded captain, smoking the pipe and wearing a sailor cap. A maritime aspect that reminds us of the era of pirates and sublime ships adorned with many sails.
Looking at this bottle, we immediately immerse ourselves in the world of this range Rope Cut, generous because its capacity is 30ml.
The information is clear is perfectly distributed on the label with a foreground that gives us the name of the wholesale range and, perpendicular to all inscriptions, we clearly distinguish the name of the juice, Dark Thirty, which contrasts in black on a gold background.
The nicotine dosage is mixed with the foreground graphics but, even if it is clearly visible, it is a pity that it is written in small characters.

Comments on the taste of the juice
At the opening of the bottle, I must admit that the smell did not convince me. The smell of tobacco is very powerful, it would almost feel like the bottom of an ashtray, but some notes of fruit are added, which I thought were nuts, as this juice is rather dry. But when vaping, we immediately realize that, if the tone is the same, the taste is much better.
Dark Thirty is no exception to its range. The dominance of tobacco is blatant, it is a note of head that gains importance with a brown and muscular personality but, at the same time, it has been associated with a blond tobacco that attenuates a little this abrupt aspect.
The taste of raisins is also well felt and gives it the almost anhydrous appearance. The plum is more discreet but we appreciate it with the touch of rum that we perceive at the end of the mouth and which lengthens the flavor of this dry and imperious juice.

Comments and recommendations for an optimal tasting
First tested on a dripper, this tobacco has me much more. In sub-ohm, more than 40W, it goes well but I found it a bit strong. So I tested on the Aromamizer in double coil at 0.62Ω and, whatever the power, this tobacco remains the same with however softer nuances, with an ideal power between 20 and 30W and a resistance around 1Ω.
For steam, it is important while the hit remains normal.

My mood ticket on this juice
The Dark Thirty remains compliant with N67 / 548 / EEC and 199/45 / EC standards, while producing a very nice vapor for a perfect hit.
The flavors are superb but beware of sensitive souls because this juice has temperament. Very authoritarian, the captain is respected. He softens his voice so as not to frighten but, in a firm and dry tone, he waits for orders to be respected. He observes, takes a swig of rum and reiterates his orders.
Authoritative, muscular, clean, firm and dry, that's the character of this juice ... Typically masculine I want to say! It is a strong tobacco well associated with raisins, plum and rum that does not tire and reminds the memory of a killer forever gone.
