I regret that we have to go to the D'lice site to find the percentage of propylene glycol and glycerin present in the base, since it is not written on the bottle.
This is 60% PG for 40% VG.

For the packaging, it is a bit simple for my taste. I think an effort could have been made for this price range.
The 10ml vial is made of semi-rigid plastic a little hard to squeeze, its transparency does not protect the liquid from light, not being anti-UV treated, this bottle does not seem to me to be suitable for a premium assembly at this price (anticipation of constraints linked to PDT?).
However, the capacity of the bottle with the nicotine rate stipulated on the side of the bottle in large letters, are readable information, it is appreciable. Just like the name of this e-liquid.
The graphics is clean and in relief, it gives a nice presentation that is quite simple.

Comments on the taste of the juice
It's a nice mix that's both fresh and tasty.
We immediately feel the first note of pine and mint, equitably distributed, then comes underneath a note of red fruit oriented mainly on the blackcurrant that makes the mixture homogeneous, round, and slightly sweet.
All flavors are perceptible and we deliver a set of different tastes that unite in a stream of moderate freshness. The red fruits are fairly discrete overall, but I especially feel the blackcurrant that exudes this note of conifer while revealing sweet notes that moderate the minty side of this Cool Waves.
I regret, however, that the tobacco flavor that is noted in descriptive element on the page dedicated to the juice is not strong enough, even to the point that I absolutely do not feel it.

Comments and recommendations for an optimal tasting
We are on a fairly fluid liquid with a weighted hit and vapor. So for a hit and a little more steam, prefer the dripper with resistance values under the ohm playing on the power ..
For beautiful flavors, a clearomizer or RTA atomizer will do the job, especially if you're steaming during a meal. Know that many meats marry very well with the flavors of the moors, just like blackcurrant elsewhere.

My mood ticket on this juice
The capacity of 10ml always seems insufficient when you like a liquid. Again there is not enough!
The packaging is a little too simple only here, the taste is present. The composition is not necessarily very original but the flavor of the pine gives an original touch, especially since the mint remains set back on the whole to give only the freshness, are taste remains light.
For the red fruits, I appreciated their sugar which seems quite natural and which gives roundness to the mixture. The note of cassis feels good and exudes the flavor of the heaths. but I regret the note tobacco that seems it should be present.
A mixture with a taste of déjà vu but whose distribution gives a slightly different appearance from this balanced association of mint-pine-berries.
