Comments on the packaging

Flavor Art is one of the oldest European brand of e-liquids. This brand is presented a bit like the Italian “Alfaliquid”. It offers a range of entry-level e-liquids which is divided into sub-families: tobacco, fruity, ...
It comes in a bottle of 10 ml flexible plastic equipped with a relatively thin tip (well, a bit thick compared to the competition). The PG / VG ratio is 50 / 40, yes, this is not 100%, the remaining 10 is a mixture of nicotine (if any), distilled water (5 to 10%) and flavors (1 to 5 %). Available nicotine strengths: 0 / 4,5 / 9 / 18 mg / ml.
In view of this first information, it is clear that these liquids are intended primarily for first-time buyers, or people who stay on simple gear ..
Today a simple exotic flavor, and quite widespread: coconut, so let's see if we find the little taste of paradise of this great classic.

First, we have received the current 2016 test bottles, so our copies are not necessarily TPD ready, but we are certified on the site that the series that arrive at the beginning 2017 will be. In the meantime Flavor Art is serious, the composition is complete, we find all the essential information, these liquids seem safe, we will note just the presence of distilled water.

Comments on the packaging

When we discover the label of Flavor Art liquids we immediately notice that they are entry-level liquids. A label that inspires me a pharmaceutical product type essential oil On the top of the white label we find the name and logo of the brand. Just below, the nicotine dosage. Each flavor has a rectangular insert in a central position for personalization.

In the case of Coco this space is seen dressed in a textured color which I think must represent the bark of the coconut, it is not very realistic and it would have been wise to choose a different one because it is as much n ' whatever (and I'm being polite), that coconut. The name is written in large white letters circled in brown. The rest of the label is devoted to the mandatory mentions and information.
It's bland, especially when we know the talent of transalpine for design and style, we could doubt the country of origin of these juices, well, we must still temper it by a low enough price, we will show therefore more indulgent on this point.

Sensory appreciations

  • Color and product name agree ?: No

  • This liquid reminds me of: A coconut mono flavor among many others

Comments on the taste of the juice

The flavor of coconut is a classic. This aroma must be well dosed otherwise it is for me, and many others, quickly disgusting, now I know that with Flavor Art there is little risk of overdose. So at first glance, no doubt we have a coconut that makes you think inside a Bounty, it's pretty cool, but the taste fades quickly, and the coconut becomes more ghostly. Once again the dosage seems a little too light, but when it comes to coconut I want to say, so much the better, it avoids saturation, but all the same, a little extra flavor. would be welcome.

My mood ticket on this juice

Coconut is a flavor that for me is quickly passing or nauseating in the long run. Flavor Art made in simple juice with a very contained aromatic power and that so often… I find it a little embarrassing in the majority of cases, in however with Coco it is rather welcome. This makes it possible to avoid being fed up, because after the first minute or you will be able to feel an almost frank sensation, the rest of the time, the flavor is much more measured, even discreet.
A juice that I qualify as correct in view of the targeted clientele, and therefore the price charged: first-time buyers.
