Comments on the packaging

The little frog is back !!! After a deserved Award with a Bavanuts which conquered the American jury, here is a Carapop, in the same Subtility range, whose name is already quite evocative of what we can expect in terms of taste.

Highly glycerine, at 80%, the liquid has unparalleled viscosity. I stay côa! Indeed, even compared to some 100% VG juices, its flow is slower. Astonishing! Someone pour agar-agar into my flask ??? I'm kidding of course but the thickness is not a joke. It smells like an odorous cloud!

Presented in a 30ml bottle, which we will bitterly regret in three months, the Carapop multiplies the good points in terms of packaging. Easy filling of atomizers thanks to a thin dropper (tip), very clear and sufficiently detailed informative mentions, we are on the job of a pro and we expected no less from Frenchy Fog.

Available in 0, 3, 6 and 11 mg / ml of nicotine, we are pleased to note that Frenchy Fog has not overlooked a fairly high rate, which I find reassuring. Indeed, it is customary, when we release a “clouds” type juice to only put low or median rates (0, 1.5, 3 and 6 but not all the time ...), which I find to be a mess . It is to believe that an e-liquid strongly dosed in VG will not be able to please about half of the vapers who have important nicotine needs. Too bad and congratulations to the manufacturer for having been able to avoid this ostracism.

I would add that the Carapop is sold at an entry-level price while it is anything but that in terms of quality. Classroom !

Comments on the security, legal, health and religious aspects

The score is perfect. It's normal, everything is up to standard. There is even a DLUO. In addition, Carapop is registered with INRS (National Institute for Research and Safety) and contains no diacetyl, acetoin or acetyl propionyl and is free from any carcinogenic molecule.

For once, those who are constantly looking for noises about the safety of e-liquids will be at their expense and it's the INRS that says it, not me. Me, I limit myself to note that it does not contain cockroaches, flies, stones or fish bones. Each his job!

Vapelier's note regarding packaging with regard to juice category: 4.17 / 5 4.2 5 out of stars

Comments on the packaging

The bottle is simple. The label too. It's neither beautiful nor ugly, it just has the realized ambition to be practical. I note the presence of the eternal mascot of the range in the form of a small friendly frog and a rather festive and comic style design.

The center of the label is occupied by a simple design, bordering on childish, the name of the juice as well as the name of the manufacturer, the nicotine level and the PG / VG ratio while the sides, streaked in red like party huts fairground, are used to display the legal notices, warnings and composition.

Comments on the taste of the juice

The cereal impact is there and we find the taste of caramelized popcorn from the cinema of our childhood. A rather wise and rather round popcorn, of a measured aromatic power but very pleasant to vape, settles and remains present both in inhalation and exhalation or it finds the slightly spicy aspect of the remains. of non-popped corn. The caramel is sufficiently marked and sweetens the whole while adding personality. It's good, objectively.

The texture of the steam is extremely dense and plays a significant role in the smoothness of the product which is anything but dry. We literally take it all in our mouths. Taking into account the aromatic power and the texture, we see that the recipe is mastered from start to finish for an airy and very realistic result.

The sugar content is measured and the length in the mouth quite pronounced for a greedy liquid. We savor a very cereal base note that perfectly matches the impression left when we have eaten popcorn.

Tasting recommendations

  • Recommended power for optimal taste: 40 W
  • Type of steam obtained at this power: Very thick
  • Hit type obtained at this power: Medium
  • Atomizer used for the review: OBS Engine, Narda, Vapor Giant Mini V3
  • Value of the resistance of the atomizer in question: 0.5
  • Materials used with the atomizer: Stainless steel, Cotton

Comments and recommendations for an optimal tasting

The pronounced viscosity of Carapop effectively disqualifies certain categories of atomizers. Imperial on a dripper, perfect on an RDTA mounted in 0.3Ω Clapton, it goes less well on the Vapor Giant mounted in 0.8Ω stainless steel 0.40, yet little reluctant to swallow 100% VG usually. You will be well advised to choose your atomizer and your capillary according to their liquid drainage qualities to enjoy this gourmet moment serenely.

The vapor is remarkably dense and the hit is correct for the advertised rate. The increase in power is carried out without undoing the taste qualities of the juice.

My mood ticket on this juice

A nice surprise that the Carapop. Quite similar in the spirit of Sugar Baron de Fuu, he opts for a more realistic and less sweet bias but we can nevertheless prefer the competing reference for its devastating and regressive taste.

However, the e-liquid being part of the Subtility range, he had to endorse this lineage and, indeed, the taste is subtle but very present. An excellent moment, therefore, with nostalgic moments of dark rooms in memory, which gives pride of place to credibility and smooth smoothness.

It only remains to remember that Carapop is quite healthy and that it will suit both cloud-chasers and vapers fond of flavors.
