A first-time buyer type juice presented in a traditional 10ml flexible plastic bottle equipped with a fine tip.
The price of 5,50 € is also in the range of this type of product.
So let's leave a wise atomizer, tight draw and taste this caramel which according to the words of the creators should allow us to rediscover the pleasure gourmet confectionery of our childhood.

Comments on the security, legal, health and religious aspects

The little daisy of “peace and love” inspiration is not very representative of the seriousness of the brand in terms of legislation.
Indeed behind this light-minded emblem hides a company that fully respects the standards in force.
All relevant and important information is present on the bottle, none is missing.
The instructions made compulsory by our very dear TPD are hidden under the repositionable split label.

Appreciation of the packaging

  • Does the graphic design of the label and the product name agree ?: Yes
  • Global correspondence of the packaging with the product name: Bof
  • The packaging effort made is in accordance with the price category: Yes

Vapelier's note regarding packaging with regard to juice category: 4.17 / 5 4.2 5 out of stars

Comments on the packaging

The presentation is based on a very simple recipe. At the head in a rectangular cartridge which adopts a color in connection with the flavor, the name of the product. It fits into a very linear typology. Below, on a predominantly white background, is the brand's logo with its little daisy. The rest is “cluttered” with legal information, which somewhat harms the visual identity of the product.

Anyway, the presentation is quite correct, it just suffers from an “overload” of information and perhaps a little lack of originality.

Sensory appreciations

  • Color and product name agree ?: No
  • Do the smell and the name of the product agree ?: Yes
  • Definition of the smell: Sweet, Pastry, Confectionery (Chemical and sweet)
  • Definition of taste: Sweet, Pastry
  • The taste and the name of the product, do they agree ?: Yes
  • Did I like this juice ?: I won't splurge on it
  • This liquid reminds me of: The liquid caramel of potted blanks.

Vapelier's note on the sensory experience: 3.13/5 3.1 5 out of stars

Comments on the taste of the juice

At the opening of the bottle, it emerges a caramelized odor somewhat chemical, you see the kind of smell that emerges from an industrial caramel topping with an "amber" side that pulls almost on a light coffee. In any case, it is of course a caramel that's clear.

When tasting Flavor Power promises us a sweet caramel with the scent of our childhood. So there, for once, I'm not really there.
For me this description seems to indicate to me that my liquid must have a flavor of soft caramel, softened with a good whole cream. However, when tasting, I rather find the taste of liquid caramel found in Flamby jars. A caramel with a fairly frank, deep, slightly amber taste and above all a chemical touch. So it's a bit of a flavor of my childhood, but we'll come back to the soft and creamy side promised by the Auvergne brand.

So the juice is far from bad, but it's a bit too chemical for me.

Comments and recommendations for an optimal tasting

A simple juice so no need to take out the big guns, a simple clearomizer and a reasonable power around 15W seem ideal to me to enjoy this type of juice. We will still note that the median 50/50 ratio allows it to undergo a slightly hotter vape around 20W.

My mood ticket on this juice

To present its liquid to us, the Auvergne brand invites us to dive into our childhood memories. “The gourmet pleasure of our childhood sweets… A real treat!” Seen from this angle, we are curious to discover this liquid based on a caramel recipe.
Personally, I expected a mild, slightly creamy flavor, a liquid that looked very round.
As soon as I uncorked the bottle, I had a first doubt. I do smell a caramel, but it seems amber, chemical and I do not distinguish any round or sweet note.

To taste the juice, I choose an MTL clearomiser with good flavor rendering, the Zenith. And there I have a first confirmation of my olfactory sensations. It's not a creamy candy-like caramel, but rather a flan-like liquid caramel in jars. The taste is sweet, but it is rather raw. So not raw because of a too strong concentration of aroma, not raw at the papillary level. Let me explain, the caramel that I feel is very “dark”, it is “harder” than “tender”. It definitely has chemical overtones.
I am by no means saying that it is bad, it is sweet, we do have a caramel that can be enjoyed without too much disgust. But it's not at all what I expected and suddenly I'm on the point of a little disappointment.

This juice is still very suitable, especially if you are new to vaping, but it will suit you especially if you like to finish with a teaspoon the caramel on the edge of the plate or in the bottom of the jar of your flan.

Good Vape
