Back on the Alfa Siempre range from Alfaliquid, a range exclusively dedicated to tobacco flavored e-liquids, in all its forms and accommodations.
Here is the California, defector of the “classic” range of the old house, here reworked on a 50/50 base to better stick to the new spirit of vaping in general which tends to the generalization of a higher rate of vegetable glycerin in the working database.
As usual, no unpleasant surprises on the informative nature of the vial. One does not become number 1 by chance and Alfa has long demonstrated its seriousness and sincerity in the matter. The packaging is in 10ml, TPD obliges but does not ignore a sexy aspect due in part to the use of a glass bottle, quite rare in the category.

Making a range exclusively focused on tobacco, dedicating it to the Cuban spirit by using the symbolism of Che and coating the vial with a label reminiscent of cigar rings, here is what I call a coherent concept.
But when, in addition to the concept, the realization does not fold and unfolds in a graceful way to the eye, it is a strike.
It makes you want to listen to salsa and above all, which is the goal, to open the bottle. One of the most successful packaging I have ever seen.

Comments on the taste of the juice
The smell is treacherous sometimes. Here, we have tobacco scents accompanied by a very diffuse olfactory background between floral and chemical, a bit like a candy.
To taste, however, we discover other aspects that I think are more attractive.
First and as often in the brand, the tobacco is very marked. Fairly dry, almost rough, slightly flowery blond tobacco. Not unpleasant and not flowery enough to become “special”, like other tobaccos in the range. We start well.
Very quickly, a gourmet procession takes shape on the palate. Caramelized tendencies seem to coat a nut. But we are much more on a praline, slightly sweet than on an ersatz Prime 15. The whole remains very correct and the recipe has ensured that the gourmet aspect is clearly behind tobacco but rounds out its flowery side a little. .
It's successful, light and it can be vaped without hunger and without end. We are not here on a “Cubana revolution” but on a nice product, which can easily serve as a gateway for first-time vapers and even seduce more seasoned vaped tobacco lovers.

Comments and recommendations for an optimal tasting
He's keeping the temperature, the guy. Undoubtedly its Californian origin… We can go high enough without the juice breaking down, around 40 / 45W with the equipment used even if the perfect balance seems to be around 35W for my taste.
Compatible with any atomizer or clearomizer, this is not a cloud-chasing fuel but the vapor is beautiful and white and the hit quite pronounced.

My mood ticket on this juice
The California has gained a lot in the Alfa Siempre range. The viscosity of the base 50 / 50 suits him perfectly and I do not feel any lack of aromatic power, which seems to indicate that the recipe was arranged to match the extra VG.
Good without being revolutionary, the California retains a marked tobacco appearance that gourmet additions do not mask. Too bad for the most greedy among us and so much the better to make it a light allday, easy to vape and never disgusting.
In any case, it definitely finds its place in a range rich in diversity and, all things considered, this is undoubtedly its outstanding quality.
I will fill my tank again with this step!
