I do not need to present the Aspire brand to you, we have all had at least once in our hands a Nautilus (just in case: the Nautilus is one of the best clearomizers and it is also one of the best selling).
Aspire, as a good specialist in the vape focused first-vapoteur, had to be present in the POD sector. With the lineage of Breeze we can say thatAspire made a respectable entry and the Chinese brand is therefore working to improve its product.

We are therefore being offered a third version of this POD kit today. Breeze NXT (for next).
Quite a few small novelties which seem rather well seen and which I will present to you in more detail in the rest of this article.
A competitive price given the type of product and especially the brand that offers it.

Reviewer's comments on physical characteristics and perceived quality

This AIO kit comes in the form of a paver, dressed in a zinc alloy casing painted in a uniform shade.
A small elongated block with soft edges. A very sober design, the very basic geometric shape is cleverly sophisticated with the help of a narrowing at the level of the large faces (front and back). This stylistic choice has for me the advantage of lightening a design that could have been a little clumsy in view of the rather generous measurements for the system category.
Housed in the hollow of the facade, there is a small black rectangle with rounded corners. It is the only control of this system a “fire” button in black plastic surrounded by a small luminous frame.

On this same meridian formed by this style effect present on both sides, we discover on one of the edges a small metal wheel pierced with a cyclops-type opening.

On the other hand, on the other side, the essential element for recharging the integrated battery: the micro USB port.
Once the protective cap is removed, we discover a mouthpiece in the form of a spout integral with the POD. Neither big nor small, this shape will not necessarily be unanimous. The POD is embedded in a housing with scalloped sides giving a glimpse of the two opposite sections of the tank. Thus, on one side we can monitor the filling level of the tank and on the other, we find a small square of silicone. It's nothing but the fuel cap. It therefore seems visibly accessible even when it is in place.

The resistance is only revealed once the tank has been removed. It is simply held by joints, which will normally simplify maintenance operations.

A product that presents rather well in view of the price level. So nothing visually extraordinary, an intelligent and consensual design, a reasonable size but not far from being small for the category. But there are two little things to dig into that just might make this little set-up appealing.

Reviewer's comments on functional features

This part, like those which follow, may be brief. Indeed, this kit is very simple.
A 1000 mAh battery with a housing made to accommodate a specific tank. The system has a single bypass mode. For those who do not know what is hidden under this name, this means that the device behaves like a mechanical mod and that it gives you what the built-in battery can give within the limits of 3.5 to 4.2 V. To be clearer, let's talk in terms of watts, with the resistors at 0.8 Ω this gives a scale ranging from 15 to 20W.

You will not be able to do anything with regard to the power since it will depend on the charge of the battery. But you can play with the air supply flow to the resistance. Thanks to the dial on the side of the Breeze NXT, you can go from a very tight vape to a small DL (more airy draw).

The battery is recharged as always using a micro-USB port, too bad, the USB C for a future version perhaps. The charge level is indicated by the lighting color of a fire button (green V> 3.8v, Blue 3.8V> V> 3.5V, Red V <3.5).

That's it that's all. It's ultra basic but there is everything you need to start vaping.

Reviewer's comments on conditioning

Aspire gives us his Breeze Next, in a small hardboard box surrounded by a black cardboard sleeve. On the cardboard surrounding this box, we discover a photo of our kit on one of the long sides. On the other side, we find the traditional information of the kind: contents of the pack, warnings, mandatory normative logos ...
This presentation is common to all POD systems offered by Aspire.

Inside the pack, we have: A Next Breeze (normal), two 0.8 Ω resistors, a USB / Micro-USB cord and the manual with a part translated into French.

A sober, elegant presentation for a complete kit.

Appreciations in use

Transport facilities with the test atomizer: Ok for an inside jacket pocket (no deformations)

Reviewer's comments on the use of the product

Le Breeze NXT is intended primarily for first-time vapers. It must therefore be easy to use. And it is indeed the case.
There is not much you need to know to use this POD Kit.

For commissioning, you must first take care of the tank. It is extracted from the battery by simply pulling on it. Once removed, we set up the resistance, it is only a simple formality, it is enough to insert it in the hole located at the base of the tank. We can't be wrong, the base of the resistance is a kind of rectangular plate which fits into a notch.

Then, we fill the tank by opening the small silicone cap located on the side of it. No worries, the opening is large enough and will be compatible with the majority of bottle tips.

Then, you have to wait 10 minutes for the resistance to be soaked.
Once this time has elapsed, the fire button is pressed 5 times to turn on the system. To vape, you simply press the fire button. This is when you will adjust the opening of the air inlet to suit your taste.

You have an indication of the battery level. The main button lighting color informs you of the charge level of the integrated battery:
- Green: 100 to 70% (> 3.8V)
- Blue: 70 to 30% (3.8 - 3.5V)
- Red: 30 to 1% (<3.5V)

The recharging of the battery is done thanks to the micro-USB port and does not pause any difficulty.

The ergonomics are quite good, even if you have to be careful not to block the air inlet located on the side with your finger.
The vaping sensations are very correct. We have a level of flavor reading quite honorable for the category and the amount of steam is quite satisfactory for a beginner.
In short, a product really very well made to enter the vape most simply in the world.

The mood ticket of the reviewer

Le Breeze Nxt is therefore the third evolution of the primo POD kit fromAspire. I did not have the opportunity to test the first versions but a priori, this Breeze NXT corrects the faults of his elders.

In the first place, it is the first version which proposes to act on the airflow adjustment without having to take the POD out of its housing. And that is already not bad. The proposed system is efficient and easy to use. Its only small flaw comes from its lateral position in the middle of the battery. Indeed, one can without taking care to block this opening with a finger.

Second point, we do not have to take the POD out for filling. Indeed the small window closed by a silicone stopper is accessible even when the POD is in place and that too is rather nice.

The vaping sensations are good for this type of product. Indeed, the Breeze Nxt fits well in its category. It offers good flavors and a quantity of vapor completely in phase with a product intended to start the vape.

The autonomy is good, whether it is the battery or the capacity of the tank, everything is in phase with the needs of someone who starts vaping with a high nicotine level or with nicotine salts.
It is therefore a “TOP Pod” for this product, simple, effective, of good quality and inexpensive, ideal for the beginnings of highly dependent people who need a high rate of nicotine.
