We continue to explore the myblu range with this Bourbon Caramel that has caught my eye since I received the samples ...
Delivered in a packaging comprising two 1.5ml capsules, our hero of the day has all the arguments to assume a fashionable transparency and invite us to a serene tasting. With the notable exception of the PG / VG ratio, surprisingly absent from the composition. After information, it appears that we are dealing with a 65/35, a ratio certainly typified first-jet but which escapes for once the perennial 70/30 and 80/20.
Three levels of nicotine are available. It is good and little at the same time. Indeed, the 0, 8 and 16mg / ml available for the moment lack a very high attack rate for heavy smokers, in 19 for example, but above all a median rate around 12mg / ml which can facilitate the passage between 16 and 8 which seems perilous to me. As for the 0, it still seems a little incongruous in the category, since the myblu is rather targeted towards smokers.
Everything else deserves praise and compels me to tear the blister pack apart to begin my test.

blu has worked well on this chapter and we end up with clear information and detailed warnings.
A few rather astonishing choices nevertheless punctuate the table: that of noting the nicotine level in percentage rather than in mg / ml, more telling and especially universally used, the absence of the pictogram dedicated to pregnant women, that of prohibition of sale to minors replaced with a text warning. We are reassured, the corresponding mentions appear on the instructions inside the package, which is also very detailed. But to consult this manual, you have to open the box and therefore have bought it….
The presence of a batch number, available on the pack and the capsules, is to be noted. We have in the balance sheet a satisfactory security chapter if not perfect.

We remain in the typical blue shade of the manufacturer for a packaging that there is nothing to reproach.
Modern and quite elegant, everything is very clear and meaningful. A note of color, here honey-brown, underlines the nature of the e-liquid and evokes its flavor.
One downside, the size of the packaging seems unnecessarily large.

Comments on the taste of the juice
Once again, the promise is kept and we have an elegant and quite sweet recipe that mixes a bourbon flavor with a sweet note.
The bourbon aroma lets out some subtle fruity scents which gives it a pleasant character and not very inclined to pass in force. The caramel note appears quite milky and is devoid of harshness. A perfect e-liquid to accompany an espresso!
The palate is medium in length and the texture is pleasant, like a slightly creamy caress on the tongue. It's successful, well balanced and soft enough not to tire.

By its very nature, Bourbon Caramel will lend itself more readily to a one-off tasting at key moments of your day. The hit is weighted and as usual with the system the volume of vapor will depend a lot on how you vape. More length than strength should start to develop pretty clouds!

My mood ticket on this juice
It is a nice surprise that this Bourbon Caramel which knows how to avoid in flexibility the drifts inherent in this specific category of e-liquids: too much bourbon and a marked harshness. Conversely, here we have a real gourmet moment, in perfect balance between the different alcoholic, fruity and sweet nuances. The recipe is therefore successful and the pleasure to go.
A Top Jus welcomes the youngest for its punctuality of taste and its unrepentant gourmet aspect but that we will quickly forgive!
