As stated by an elder of Cousin La Tour Fondue: “Here we are planting the roots of the past for the future….” Now is the time to take to the skies and enjoy new ways of vaping. Namely, the capsules that we must integrate into a well-defined battery.

This battery is called myblu. Like any specific vaping system, it can only integrate myblu brand capsules. The other players in this field do the same, so the fight will be based on two criteria. The price (€ 7 for a box of 2 capsules of 1,5ml capacity each on a 1.3Ω resistance) as well as on the catalog of available flavors. myblu offers a first draft of 11 flavors ranging from classic to fruity to gourmets. What a good start in the vaposphere.

For those who have a rather heavy consumption of tobacco, it will take 16mg / ml of nicotine to start. Although this value is high, there is still room for the company to create a 19mg / ml which would be a perfect start. There is also 8mg / ml which is an ideal stabilization rate and 0mg / ml which is more anecdotal from my point of view. This 0mg / ml would be unnecessary according to some. The capsules are enclosed in their individual packaging which is very resistant to possible attacks from people who must not touch them (children for example). Inside, you will find a booklet detailing all the phases of use with the mandatory reminders related to our PDT.

All this little world is locked up in a beautiful box sealed with some information necessary to take into account.

There are still some changes to be made to achieve perfection. The laboratory that makes the liquids is not mentioned, nor is the PG / VG ratio of the recipe (65/35 for info). This information is important, its use is common so it would be relevant to add it.

Each box uses the same basis for its presentation. The brand, the logo, the visual of the two capsules etc… ..

The important thing is to know if the flavor as well as the nicotine level are immediately identifiable by those who are looking for their very first experience. From this point of view, it's 100% successful. Apart from the blue which is the eponymous color of the brand, the other colors aim to highlight the main aroma which is distilled in the capsules.

For the Ice Blueberry, we therefore have a regulatory ice blue which is edifying on the freshness aspect of the liquid that we expect to taste.

Comments on the taste of the juice

On inspiration, we do not fall into a candy effect as many can suggest in this kind of recipe. Here, the blueberry is highlighted. Soft and very slightly sweet, without acidity at first, it scents the palate in a nano second. The aroma or the combinations of aromas to transcribe the berry are very well calculated and highlighted (neither too much nor not enough).

The so-called “frozen” effect is not, strictly speaking, freezing and outrageous. It is a light accompaniment that will not put off beginners. In the exhalation phase, it is more present and gently conveys the realism of the fruit, then it remains active on the lips for a long time during the resting phases. Another taste remark, it is on the expiration that this blueberry returns a subtle tangy effect which leans the blue fruit towards a discreet touch of confectionery.

Comments and recommendations for an optimal tasting

You can go there as you feel. Ice Blueberry goes through all the times of the day because of its light flavor that will not take over other tasting moments. Thus, it goes very well with a vanilla ice cream or even a small cup of sparkling white wine.

Despite the aromatic lightness of the recipe, the freshness does not cannibalize the relevance of the main aroma. In solo mode, it is the blueberry that takes the lead and in sharing mode, the little cold touch will be the necessary link.

My mood ticket on this juice

It is a recipe that might seem light at first glance except that it is intended for first-time sailors and that it is precisely thought for that.

From this point of view, the Ice Blueberry is perfect like Allday. It is a juice that can be consumed from the start of the day and no matter what you associate with it as a food or a sweet, it will be the perfect accomplice for its subtle presence.

Like its companion, the Apricot Mango, I place it in my favorites. These are two sweet juices that lay clear taste bases to start well in a dedicated category (in this case the fruity ones).

myblu is advancing quietly in the vaping ecosystem and it's a safe bet that, in some time, it will become a key player if it manages to get us juices as well calibrated for beginners as this Ice Blueberry.
