Comments on the packaging

The meeting with a Thenancara is always an event.

Is it due to this black velvet pouch stamped with the manufacturer's arms (which I liken to a box above)? Or to this bottle of the same color which presents an undeniable class. Or to finish because we already feel that we are going to have a unique taste encounter?

In the part concerning the conditioning, as in many parts, there is nothing to complain about the Benedicte. Clear and detailed information, cobalt glass bottle so dark that it appears black, which guarantees almost total protection against UV rays and the almost paranoid care given to the presentation. It's a winning game because seduction is already assured and we all know that everything often goes through this ...

The manufacturer fully understood the stake of presenting a plumage equivalent to the ramage and I can only note that the equation was solved with mastery.

Comments on the security, legal, health and religious aspects

Second chapter and second success. Le Benedicte passes technical control with flying colors in terms of legal and safety notices. But how would one do otherwise? The parents of this range have had to think long and hard about their products because, faced with so much perfection, we can only bow. It's beautiful, “secure”, square and it even seems endowed with a soul when you take the bottle in your hand. What more could you ask for except that it is reimbursed by social security?

We note the presence of alcohol, which must be present in the minds of consumers who have a problem with this substance and which automatically disqualifies Benedicte for practicing Muslims. I know that this religious aspect has often been reproached to us but we must inform as widely as possible, considering that any man, whatever his religion, must be able to vape serenely. However, I would like to point out that religious mentions are not taken into account for the rating, they are only present for information.

Comments on the packaging

Third step and another strike. The end of the round is near and the Benedicte already has the yellow jersey! But what can I blame for this packaging, delicate, elegant and probably the most sober of all the vapology worldwide? Nothing at all.

The label seems to be printed on precious paper which has a particular grain and reveals the meaning of the fibers that compose it. The brand's logo is present, all subtly and artistically developed with a reminder of “Paris” which plays on the rather flattering (but very real) reputation of our country abroad in terms of taste.

There is also an adage in Latin: “Vapor Veritas”, the truth is in the vapor, an adage which makes us even more regret that our Minister of Health has not taken the vital dimension of this reality exposed in two simple words. And it all ends with two signatures that we imagine to be those of the creators of this liquid.

It's so beautiful in its simplicity that it largely drives all the national and international competition. A must.

Comments on the taste of the juice

In spite of all that I have said, nothing, I repeat, nothing will have prepared you for the shock you will experience by tasting this juice.

The smell is already terribly engaging, with scents of licorice mixed with hints of citrus. But the big moment comes when you wear your drip-tip in your mouth and you inhale, first gently, then for a longer time, swirling the steam in your mouth, clicking your tongue on the palate, expelling a little surplus through the nostrils, to try to guess what we are dealing with here.

The first impression is the complexity. But the second is bliss. Indeed, we have in the mouth a surprising mixture of candied various citrus fruits in which I seem to recognize a sweet lemon and an orange from the same barrel and with a more earthy flavor, seeming to consist of a branch liquorice and a spice. peppery that reminds me a bit of ginger. It all seems accompanied by star anise, finely dosed.

The whole is very powerful aromatically speaking. We are very close, in spirit, to the range produced by Mad Murdock, a benchmark in terms of power. But with a very French subtlety and an explosive mixture that explodes in the mouth, fresh but without masking ice effect, sweet but with finesse, a little bitter at times but without excess. The recipe is a balance bordering on alchemy and the general taste a great first.

In fact, Benedicte will undoubtedly displease those who prefer more pastel e-liquids or those who are resistant to original recipes or even those who see in fruits only possible cocktails. Here, we are more in the field of haute cuisine, where each aroma has been placed and thought out with a watchmaker's concern, or each step seems to have been the subject of in-depth research. It's complex but straightforward, fruity but cooked, fresh but secret. A real druidic mystery that represents French vaping at its highest level.

Tasting recommendations

  • Recommended power for optimal taste: 18 W
  • Type of vapor obtained at this power: Dense
  • Hit type obtained at this power: Strong
  • Atomizer used for the review: Taifun Gt, Cyclone AFC
  • Value of the resistance of the atomizer in question: 1.5
  • Materials used with the atomizer: Kantal, Cotton

Comments and recommendations for an optimal tasting

Given its viscosity and its aromatic strength, Benedicte is not an e-liquid to indulge in the joys of power-vaping. It is an e-liquid that accepts a wide range of temperatures but is more comfortable in a good rebuildable atomizer or in a flavor-typed dripper to go around the complexity of the taste. I would rather recommend a simple coil of normal resistance (between 1 and 1.5) and a power between 17 and 20W to control all the scent parameters entering into the composition.

I add that I was a little scared for my PMMA tank by noting the aromas present and their known “corrosiveness” but nothing untoward happened in 30ml of consumption.

My mood ticket on this juice

Benedicte is undeniably a great e-liquid.

Of course, not everyone will like it. But I see it more as an advantage than a disadvantage because it is its particularity, its originality, which make it a unique and precious e-liquid. And the uniqueness is rarely unanimous.

Of course, its price may be off-putting. But this is not an all-day but an e-liquid that we open for a great occasion, to offer a precious moment of gustatory happiness, complex and confusing but terribly addictive. We are not talking here of a minced steak and fries but of a dish lovingly prepared by a goldsmith of taste that deserves to be starred for that and it is, at least here.

I give it a Top Juice that I find deserved so much the totality of what we have just seen together tends towards perfection. Plastic perfection, safe and tasteful. A spectacular sketch of the vape of tomorrow like the Vitruvian man was that of today's anatomy.
