Arctic Winter is a cool liquid that Flavor Art made for us. This liquid is packaged in a transparent, semi-rigid plastic bottle with a capacity of 10ml.
Unlike most bottles of this type, the cap does not separate from the bottle and it opens by a hinge. On its opposite we have a tamper-evident seal that must be broken to open the product. This ensures that the bottle has never been opened. To open it, it suffices to exert sufficient pressure on both sides of the base of the stopper at the same time, which unlocks the security in place on this system.
This liquid is offered with a 60/40 PG / VG base, from which 10% dedicated to aromas and other additions must be subtracted.
The nicotine dosage panel is presented in four combinations 0, 4.5, 9 or in 18 mg / ml. This product is also available in concentrated aroma.

Comments on the security, legal, health and religious aspects
The label is entirely in French even if this Artict Winter is an Italian product. The legal aspect is somewhat lacking in accuracy with two forgotten pictograms, those of the prohibition of sale to minors and not recommended for pregnant women. Although in the precautions these warnings are noted, it remains insufficient according to the rules of the TPD. However, with the usual precautions, there is the danger pictogram, the address of the laboratory as well as the distributor's contact details and a telephone number for a consumer service to be contacted if necessary.
The embossed marking feels particularly good on the bottle by passing the finger, it is completely transparent and takes the quarter of the surface of the label.
In a blue box we also distinguish the batch number and an optimal use-by date. The PG / VG dosage and the nicotine level are visible on the label as well as the name of the product and the laboratory that designed it.
I regret the addition of water in this liquid, which could be embarrassing for sensitive people.

Comments on the packaging
The packaging in this small format (of modest surface) is correctly designed although it is difficult to read with the naked eye. A color code for the nicotine level is perfectly identifiable. The label is divided into two equally divided parts.
A first graphic plan highlights the name of the laboratory, partly underlined by two color bands on both sides to signify the nicotine content which is coded as follows: green in 0mg, light blue in 4.5mg / ml, dark blue in 9mg / ml and red for 18mg / ml. Then we see the name of the liquid placed on a color background clean to his taste, very cool in this case for the Arctic Winter. Finally at the bottom is the capacity of the bottle and the destination of the product (for electronic cigarettes).
The other side of the label contains only inscriptions indicating the precautions for use, providing the ingredients and the various dosages as well as the services available.

Comments on the taste of the juice
Given the conditioning and the freshness that emerges from the graphics, by blue and white colors I expected that this juice will only disguise the smell. Well no ! I do not feel anything, yet I insist and I get to wonder if I'm not cold for this test? I assure you it is not so and I realize immediately when I vape this liquid.
From the first suction I feel at the back of the throat a fresh appearance that sticks on my tonsils with a touch of fresh mint barely noticeable. I am very disappointed, if I wanted to have a fresh breath I certainly would have bought a mouth spray type Ricqles.
I just have the impression of ving menthol crystals added to the base, but by no means a real aroma. As soon as it expires, this is the first time a fresh mint has been spreading so quickly, I'm not surprised that I do not smell the aroma, there's only additive diluted with distilled water, it is unfortunate. On the other hand, the juice is just sweet as it should be.

Comments and recommendations for an optimal tasting
It is a liquid that does not move according to the power and will be constant on all atomizers.
The hit is consistent with the rate of 4.5 mg / ml displayed on the bottle with a correct and average vapor production which corresponds completely to a base liquid in 40% VG.

My mood ticket on this juice
Nothing exceptional for this Arctic Winter which is even disappointing, a base liquid in which the aroma is very ... too weakly dosed where, in my opinion, menthol crystals have been added to a simple base in order to give a freshness aspect at the back of the throat. Unfortunately the mint does not hold in the mouth and this is the first time that this has happened to me!
The vapor and the hit are average, yet perfectly adequate. The packaging seems correct to me for this small format, but the lack of the two pictograms requires a revision of the labeling. Nevertheless, it is an entry level product which is not expensive.
