The material evolving faster than our protocols, I will make some corrections, on the maximum voltage delivered: 5,1 V. For the minimum resistance value, it depends on the chosen mode,
VT mode (variable temperature) Ni or Ti (Nickel or Titanium): 0,05 ohm to 1 ohm maximum
VW mode (vari volt or watt) and Bypass (protected mech): 0,1 ohm to 3,5 ohm maximum

It seems a long time ago for the eVic and its control head regulating at 11 W, yet it is still for sale, and I keep mine as a relic (it was my first electro mod).
Joyetech has now switched to cutting-edge technology by offering boxes that meet the expectations of the most demanding vapers, the VTC Mini 60W that we are testing today is a concentrate of options that will delight geeks.
The kit consists of a box, an eGo one Mega 4ml clearomizer, 2 atomizer resistors Nickel 0.2 Ohm and Titanium 0.4 Ohm, a USB / mini USB cable for recharging and a manual in almost French. All in a well designed box to protect the various elements mentioned.
The asking price for such equipment seems to me to be suitable, because we will see it, it is neither more nor less of what makes it more complete in terms of pure vape options, in a solidly worked material, of ergonomics and remarkable aesthetics. It is not the smallest box on the market within a few mm in height and width, but its dimensions make it suitable for all hands over 18 years old.

The body and the cover are in satin black lacquered aluminum, the cover is machined in the mass and has inside a thickness reinforcement over its entire length, at each end a housing houses a magnet and also helps to strengthen the part.
The body in its on-board electronic part receives a profiled box to partially cover the battery, and to incorporate the components (button screen chipset) screwed and removable. The insulation of this part of the box from possible liquid leaks seems effective. The part which receives the battery is finished at the top and at the bottom of 2 attached housings each containing a magnet for closing the cover. Only 18650 flat top batteries are accepted and enter via the positive pole opposite a spring-mounted contact button.

The interior finish is impeccable. At the level of the 510 connector, the top cap has 2 concentric grooved circles in order to allow an air supply from the bottom for some atomizers, the positive stud is mounted on a spring thus ensuring the flush screwing of a very large majority of drippers, RTA , and RBA. You will need a 510 / eGo adapter for eGo connections (eVod type clearos). The battery charging connector is located on the screen side front allowing the box to be placed, dripper mounted, standing, which avoids the risk of leakage of juice. The rounded corners give a pleasant ergonomics to the handling of this object, the width of which is 38,2 mm for a weight with the battery around 170 G.

The adjustment buttons are active set back from the surface of the body which minimizes the inconvenience due to involuntary pressures, the firing is a little more prominent and does not offer this advantage.

The cardboard box effectively protects the various components of the kit, thanks in particular to the materials that make up the inside of the cover (flexible foam) and the insert where the box is housed (rigid foam). You will find the instructions and a small document from which you will scratch an insert that will reveal the security number of your acquisition, verifiable on the Chinese manufacturer's website with the serial number. All information and contacts are noted on the notice. A description of the elements written on the back of the box indicates their presence inside, by corresponding boxes checked or not.

Reviewer's comments on the use of the product

In use with the ato provided and the resistors allowing a good verification of the validity of the functions announced I must say that it is a real treat. The OLED screen does not consume excessively energy (it cuts quickly when not in use) and you can, once the settings have been made and locked, keep it off, which saves the battery life a little more. I am not using the built-in charging module, but I can tell you that it is calibrated at 1 Ah with a wall adapter (not supplied) and that it will only be powered by 0,5 Ah on your USB output PC or laptop, so it will take double the time.
Joyetech has really done very hard with this box, its power range is more than enough to vape up to 0,2ohm. The alerts are clear and your batteries will not discharge below 3,3V.
The firmware operating the functions of the chipset is "upgradable" on the website of the brand, the current version V1.10 will perhaps be embellished with future evolutions that you can incorporate into your box in some time, this is to be expected as the Chinese manufacturers are reactive to the comments and suggestions of the vaping community of the whole world.

For this range of maximum power this box is a marvel of technology, quality of finish, and strength. Its ergonomics make it attractive to you ladies, especially since it exists in 3 different colors.
