For Aliénor of the 814 range, we are on a classic packaging with a clear glass bottle equipped with a cap and a glass pipette for a capacity of 20ml.
Although the proportions PG / VG are indicated, it is difficult to visualize them clearly.
What is less classic is the level of nicotine that the laboratory has chosen for this range. My vial is in 14mg / ml but there is also in 0mg, 4mg or 8mg. It is a particular choice which may be wise for those who do not wish to lower their nicotine level too quickly. On the other hand, it can also be penalizing when, like me, you vape in 12mg. Because, although the difference seems minimal, the 14mg may grate your throat a bit. So maybe it is better to take a dosage below your usual rate, doing a low resistance doubled with a higher wattage than usual, Now hopefully the Eleanor lends itself to this, let's go see.

For packaging, there is not much to say since this e-liquid is simply contained in a clear glass bottle, equipped with a fine-tipped pipette. Through this one, we distinguish a beautiful color of amber juice.
For the design of the label, it also remains very classic, on a white background, you have around the design the dangerous inscriptions on one side, then the composition, the contact and the batch number on the other. In the center a crowned woman represents "Aliénor".

Comments on the taste of the juice
I must admit that at the opening of the bottle, the smell did not convince me. I was expecting a gourmand, I thought I could recognize at least one aromatic component before vaping it… well no!
So I went to look for the info on the net before consuming this e-liquid. We are therefore informed of a vanilla, caramelized recipe with a hint of rum.
Come on, I make a double-coil with a total value of 1,2 ohms on my Aqua V2 and I soak my wicks. Phew, I'm at 20 watts is too much, too much !!! In 14mg of nicotine, I feel this nicotine power so present that I have the impression of vaping 18mg and not feeling the aromas. I go down to 14 watts to look for the taste and finally, after a little break, I start to smell this mixture of vanilla / caramel but it is crushed by a "chemical" rum flavor which encompasses the whole taste…. What a pity !
The color of the liquid is very pretty, the whole seemed promising but the addition of this rum gives a chemical taste in this juice and spoils my pleasure. In addition, the nicotine level in 14mg is inappropriate because if we lower the power or if the resistance is low, we end up with a weak vapor but we keep enough (too much?) Of hit.
I think that this caramel / vanilla base is good and that the rum could very well marry with it, but on lower nicotine levels or with the addition of a perfume such as biscuit, oats or other to round off the mixture.
I am very disappointed with 814 which has accustomed us to much better in this own range. What happened? Have I become too demanding?

Comments and recommendations for an optimal tasting
It is imperative, this e-liquid must be vaped below 15 watts (and again).
Despite this, I have trouble with the nicotine level above the norm, but also with this rum taste that I do not find apart from a powerful and artificial alcoholic sensation. With each inhalation, the throat stings me, then vape in 10 watts with a small vapor, to have a correct taste, it is not for the reconstructable. However, with a clearomizer and a small battery, the starting material type, I think that some will come to appreciate it.

My mood ticket on this juice
It is always difficult to say that a juice does not meet our expectations, because this product has been developed, tested and validated by professionals. It is a heavy job to create a product and above all a flavor that will please. I think some people must have liked it so that Aliénor is found in this otherwise flawless range. Distrivapes has yet created very good liquids like Mérovée for example. On the other hand, it would not be fair to say that I enjoyed this juice, it would not help the consumer to navigate it and it would be a disservice to the laboratory to confirm this discovery.
I am deeply convinced that the orientation of the selected flavors is good. I hope that the laboratory will revise and modify its recipe to give us something more round and less aggressive in the mouth to please a maximum of vapers.
