Comments on the packaging

I find the labels for this line of liquids successful and very colorful. They stand out, the typeface is special, borrowed from the world of Street Art and the gradient background I like a lot.

The name of the product is written large in the middle of the label. At the top, we find the name of the range and at the bottom the name of the manufacturer.

As a background, under the name of the product, there is a symbolic drawing of the ingredients that make up the juice. Here it is kiwi and chewing gum.

Warning information is written in four languages on the sides of the label.

Comments on the taste of the juice

When opening the bottle, there is a good smell of candy, or even Malabar © (the “gum” side of the product).

This juice is greedy. At the inspiration, the flavors are sweet and one feels very slightly the chewing gum aspect of the juice. On expiration, a ripe kiwi flavor seems to take up all the space.

The aromatic power of this juice is median, I only really feel the “kiwi” flavor, the chewy taste being too weak and offering little feeling, contrary to what I observed on the olfactory side.

The juice is not bad, but it is a pity that the “gum” flavor is not exploited more when exhaling. For kiwi lovers, it will naturally go very well.

Tasting recommendations

  • Recommended power for optimal taste: 22 W
  • Type of vapor obtained at this power: Dense
  • Type of hit obtained at this power: Light
  • Atomizer used for the review: dripper Narda, Ammit 22
  • Value of the resistance of the atomizer in question: 0.6
  • Materials used with the atomizer: Kantal, Cotton

Comments and recommendations for an optimal tasting

I was able to appreciate all the flavors of “Kiwi Gum” by vaping it with “moderate” power (25W on 0.6Ω). With these parameters, the steam is warm, the taste rather sweet and I can distinguish the two main flavors that make up the juice (confectionery side on the inspiration and sweet kiwi on the expiration).

When I grow (around 30W), the kiwi is much more present at the end of the vape but less sweet.

On the other hand, at around 20W, the kiwi takes up less space at the end of the vape and the chemical confectionery aspect of the liquid is then reinforced.

With a “tight” vape, the “gum” flavor of the inspiration becomes barely noticeable and I end up with an almost unique taste of chemical kiwi, an airy vape is better suited to savor this liquid well.

My mood ticket on this juice

Ladybug Juice's “Kiwi Gum” is part of the brand's premium range of three.

I find this juice to be the least “tasty” of the three. Indeed, what a pity that the “gum” flavor is not more pronounced, the kiwi taking an important part in the aromatic composition (I know, it is marked on the label that there is kiwi but there is also marked gum then…), while at the olfactory level, it's quite the opposite!

This juice is not bad either, but can become perhaps disgusting in the long run (because of the rather chemical kiwi at the end of the vape).

Even if, the kiwi being too present, I did not appreciate this juice at its true value, I think it will certainly suit curious and fruity lovers.
