After reviewing the “Praline Coffee Bean”, I bought this one and was drawn to the “Brown Original Café Pain Ginger”. A coffee tobacco, exactly the type of taste mix that appeals to me.
If I liked the coffee praline blend, I was very pleasantly surprised by this original brown. Finally a slightly hoarse tobacco, which leaves a little aftertaste both bitter and sweet.
The gingerbread remains discreet, just the little bit of sugar that you put in your coffee to sweeten it a little, but without turning it into sickening syrup.
Being a dripper, I consume it regularly during my coffee breaks, or after a good meal. A little too heavy for an “all day”, I will place it between the NKV Black Juice and the Phillip Rock Grand Reserve.
