In its black cardboard box, this mod is perfectly protected. This is a numbered handcrafted piece from a relatively limited series.
Rather small (69 mm), it will only ship 18350 type batteries for a discreet vape.
This mod is a mechanic, simple and neat design, with the main settings for flush mounts with all atos 510 connection.
Its price is certainly high for this type of object without any regulation or safety electronics, but it is an original creation designed in France and manufactured by Vapeprod in partnership with Cédric Persan, the moderator of Limoux. Note that Evaps currently offers the DogFather + Doggy Style kit (the atomizer of the same moderator) which does not lack class for an overall price much lower than the addition of the two products purchased separately.

The body is made of stainless steel (316 L), the contacts and the spring are silver plated for excellent resistance to oxidation, the switch is lockable (screw ring), the contact of the bottom cap is adjustable (screw) and you have on the top cap 2 possible settings for the positive connection: one for the flush position of the ato (above) and one for contact with the battery.
An air flow inlet is possible for atos with “bottom” outlet by means of a ring drilled for this purpose. The degassing vent is also present, it is carried out by discreet machining (inside the bottom cap).
We are in the presence of a latest generation mecha mod in terms of design and adjustment options, which is more advanced in short.

The finishes and assemblies are perfect, the effective settings, the switch is soft to the handling and its course can be limited to 1mm.
Positioned not locked, standing, with an ato of 55g it does not trigger untimely firing.

Reviewer's comments on functional features
In operation once the adjustments have been made, we are in the presence of a device with a minimum energy source in this diameter, the 18350 are not known for their CDM or their longevity in prolonged use.
Of course this does not come from the mod, its conductivity is satisfactory, if not that of the choice that the moderator preferred for its length. This will still have an influence on the type of ato that you can raise and especially its resistance value. The mod itself is efficient, I noticed a voltage difference when setting up a 0,4 ohm dripper, which is obviously not correctly adapted to the capacities of the battery and to the general conductivity of the assembly.
You will have to forget the ULR, or even the values just below the ohm.
This mod is suitable for its creator brother atomizer: the Doggy Style, a simple coil for 1,2 to 1,5 ohm. This is the optimal configuration if you want to vape between 2 and 4 hours in the day, quiet without chain-vape and puffs of 10 seconds of course.
The limit that I found for it, in terms of efficiency is 0,8 ohm with the mini Goblin on which it fits perfectly (visually speaking), I held 2 hours, and the battery at 3,7 remaining volts did not give enough fishing to continue pleasantly.

Reviewer's comments on conditioning
Even if the box is not used much once in your possession, this part of the whole is the most common, the least in phase with the superb realization that it contains.
However, it does what it's designed to do: protect the mod from Taiwan all the way to this point, and it obviously does well.
The package comes with a softer spring and spare seals.
The manual in French / English gives the minimum explanations required for the operation of the mod and nothing on the maintenance part, which is not complex to achieve either. The warning on the quality of the batteries used appears at the top of the information provided, it is a very good point for the uninformed who want to get started with a mechanic. At the end of the manual, it is also recommended not to lower the assemblies below one ohm, it is also a welcome precaution.

This is typically the go-to mod for a few hours outing, where you don't pretend to be cloud chasing, but rather operate in a reserved way. It is ideal during a break at work for example.
Its autonomy (unless you have 3 spare batteries on you) does not make it suitable for extended trips, or any nomadic activity excluding a battery recharging station.
Its size makes it an object that can only be seen furtively, it's almost a shame because it is very beautiful, well finished and exists in two versions: brass / polished steel (the test copy) and brass / brushed steel .
