Cool Groovy is part of the Pin-up range produced by Bio Concept, this liquid is packaged in a black opaque glass bottle, 20ml capacity. For my test, the nicotine level is 6mg / ml with a PG / VG ratio in 50 / 50.
The laboratory provides vapers with a wide range of associations since the nicotine level is offered in 0mg, 3mg, 6mg, 11mg or 16mg / ml and that the base liquid, mainly flavor oriented, is available with rates, in propylene glycol associated with vegetable glycerin, 80/20, 70/30 or 50/50, listed and widely visible on the label.
We can be sure that the bottle is new thanks to the detachable ring on the cap, but you will not have a box to accompany it, that said, it is not useful since the price is not high and that the liquid is protected from light.
The taste orientation is a fruity minty.

The safety and health aspects are good, but the legal part still lacks product traceability with the absence of a batch number, as well as the relief marking which is lacking. But I have no doubt that the next batches will be equipped with it, in the meantime I regret their absence on my “control” test bottle.
The composition of the product is provided to us with some recommendations and precautions for use due to its harmfulness, by the presence of nicotine, which also requires the pictogram of dangerousness clearly visible. We can clearly distinguish the pictograms with the capacity, the name of the range and the date of optimal consumption, as well as the nicotine level.

The packaging is elegant, providing on this black bottle a dark label that shows us a pretty Pin-up sitting in a giant balloon glass and who submits her garters to us while raising her legs. Despite the cliché of the woman as a widely controversial object, the image is sensual and pleasant, without any vulgarity or implication of the genre. The name of the juice accompanies the photo with a sort of stamp attesting to the French origin of the product, produced by the Bio concept laboratory.
The label provides all the useful information at a glance, thanks to a very well distributed organization of the information given.
The packaging is neat and tasteful.

Comments on the taste of the juice
At the smell I feel a mix of mixed fruits of the forest, associated with a minty scent.
When I vape this Cool Groovy, from the suction, the bottom of my throat refreshes with a mint that paradoxically contains.
It's quite surprising because I have the impression of vimming a delicious juice with fruity and creamy notes on which we added an effect to the "kiss cool", but the thickness of the mixture reduces the extra-cool sensation of the mint.
The fruity note seems to be a mixture of red and black fruits with berries such as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackcurrants with a certain vanilla creaminess which moderates a little the too strong intention of the mint rendering, which consequently remains contained . This liquid is sugary as it should and refreshes the instant you vape it, but this effect is not lasting. We can consider this liquid as an all day warm season, nice!

My mood ticket on this juice
Cool Groovy is a fresh liquid, it could possibly be part of the fruity flavors with its vanilla / red fruit smoothness, but the dormant freshness mentholée class advantage in the mint or fruity fresh category.
It is an average e-liquid in terms of flavors and originality. Refreshing when vaped, this effect wears off quickly. It is an inexpensive All day whose packaging is rather elegant like the whole Pin-up range. The labeling will have to be improved by two missing details to comply with legal obligations, this in no way calls into question the safety and health compliance of the product.
