Like a great chef, Esense offers us a dessert highlighting an original and rich regional flavor.
A tasty, delicately sweet cream serves as a base, then appears a unique central flavor, of hop liqueur. The “herbal” liqueur, spicy and above all not really describable, is the revelation of this recipe, it's good but I can't objectively tell you why. A very light caramel completes the recipe.

My mood ticket on this juice
The first recipe on this dessert menu worthy of the greatest tables is just extraordinary. This delicate and intense flavor at the same time, original and indecipherable, in a universal way, is really what one expects when one tastes one of the specialties of a great chef.
For me it's great art, a must, which has no equivalent and which stands out from all the mass of good juices, using more or less the same flavors.
The funny thing is that the first time I tasted it at a trade show my first reaction was to say:
“It's original, but not everyone will like it”, and I was told:
"It's funny, that's what everyone says"
This liquid gives you the impression of being the only one able to appreciate it as it is so unique, when in fact, it appeals to everyone.
